The OpShop will be CLOSED this Friday, 24 April.

Please remember to save the date for our market on Saturday, 9 May, 10am-2pm, in the church carpark! There will be a variety of local artisans, fresh and delicious foods, and the OpShop will be open as well. You don't want to miss it!

Join us on Saturday 9 May 2026, 10:00am โ€“ 2:00pm, Ashfield Baptist Church โ€“ carpark, for a morning of handmade crafts from local makers, delicious homemade food (including some amazing Nepali dishes). Our Op Shop/Cafe will also be open, so you can grab a great bargain ๐Ÿ˜Š

This year, our market will be fundraising to support the Baptist Mission Australia Hobart Nepali Mission Partnership, helping respond to the needs of a growing Nepali community through practical care and connection. Through initiatives like community transport, mentoring and local outreach, this project shares hope and love in tangible waysโ€”this is what love looks like in action.

The Op Shop and Cafe are closed today (3 April) in observance of Good Friday.

You are warmly invited to join our Good Friday service at 9:30am this morning. Weโ€™ll share a quiet time of Bible reading (John 19:28โ€“42) as we reflect together.

Also, on Easter Sunday at 9:30am, we celebrate hope and new life through John 20:1โ€“18 โ€” the empty tomb, and Jesus calling Mary by name.
