Thank you to everyone who came to the church Working Bee today. It was a productive day and a lot was achieved. We pressure cleaned, mowed, trimmed hedges, removed old branches, filled in potholes, cleaned the inside, wiped the pews and so much more, including enjoying a hot lunch . Thanks for getting your hands dirty and improving our God-given space. Many hands definitely made light (but still hard) work. Much gratitude from the team at St Basil's.

ST BASIL'S ONLINE + CHURCH
With the pressures of modern life, it is hard to live as a Christian, and sometimes we just want to give up. Hebrews 10:19-39 reminded us that our hearts have been cleansed, we have gained access to the Most Holy Place and we have Jesus as our high priest. We have so much, therefore we should not give up. We should persevere in our Christian life. Join us Sunday 9.30am on YouTube or at church. Link for livestream is via our website www.artarmonchurch.org

ST BASIL'S ONLINE + CHURCH
Have you ever tried to remove a stain from a shirt and it never comes out? We can think the same way about our sin. We are stained and are no longer acceptable before God. But the good news of the gospel is Jesus's blood makes us holy and we are given a new set of fresh clothes.

At church we are returning to the book of Hebrews (Hebrews 9:23-10:18) and the big theme that Jesus is better. Join us Sunday 9.30am on YouTube or at church. Link for livestream is via our website www.artarmonchurch.org

ST BASIL'S ONLINE
The kingdom of David was restored, but it never reached the height of his early days. The wrath of God was still present. Joab, his commander, did not listen to him. And there was still rebellion in the land. We were forced to look for a better kingdom that was to come in the Son of David. Join us Sunday 9.30am on YouTube or at church. ST BASIL'S ONLINE + CHURCH
In 2 Samuel 15-19, we witnessed King David's darkest days. His own son stabbed him in the back, his good friend betrayed him, and in desperation, he had to flee from his kingdom. In those days, he wrote many of his Psalms, including Psalm 22. Jesus quoted many of these Psalms as he faced the cross. From these chapters, we get an insight into the suffering of Jesus. ST BASIL'S ONLINE + CHURCH
We often think that our sins do not have any consequences. In the story of David, we read that even though he was forgiven by God, his sins flowed down to his family and his children. We are studying 2 Samuel 13-15 this week. Join us Sunday 9.30am on YouTube or at church. Link for livestream is via our website www.artarmonchurch.org

Or join us for 5pm service at church.
