The Unorthodox Society for the Elucidation of Retro-futurism ("The USERs") is a society who's mission is;

- To inform and enlighten the masses by methods orthodox and unusual about the essence of Steampunk Style.
- To ensure that, like any sub-culture, there are purists at its core who continue to create an aesthetic that is original, practical, creative, and yet still stylish and true to its origins.
- To encourage all interested enthusiasts to the genre.

Good morning and well met gentle folk. After five long years of wandering in the outer reaches of the void, avoiding the pestilence and strife of this world, we return to being you great news. This is not a scam. This is not a drill. Big things are afoot. There is planning and plotting to bring Steampunk events to the New England, specifically Armidale.
