It aims to help people see how they can best serve God with the gifts he has given them and encourage them to keep serving into the future. Is retirement just around the corner or long past? Join us as we consider what it means to faithful and fruitful for the rest of our lives.

Sometimes people tell us "I'm not old enough to go, Next Phase is for old people" or "I'm too old, Next Phase is for 50 year olds". But, Next Phase is for both groups! We're a conference for any Christian who wants to spend time with other Christians learning, growing, and sticking at it together.
