This weekend is our Sabbath Weekend! Instead of gathering at our Arana Church service, we invite you to join with us in practising Sabbath: Stop, Rest, Delight & Worship.

We are so excited to invite you to the 60th Celebration of Arana Hills Church of Christ on Sunday, 14 June 2026.

Below is a digital flyer with details about the event, along with an invitation to contribute to our special Stories Book, which will be shared on the day.

Here’s a snapshot of the celebration program for the day:
☕️ 8:30am - Barista coffee on the deck (& following the service)
🎉 9:00am - Special 60th Celebration Service (includes Kids Program)
🎨 11:00am - Free Activities & History Exhibition (continuing throughout lunch until 1pm)
🍔 11:30am - BBQ Lunch

We would love for you to share a story from your time at Arana — whether it’s about how you first came to the church or a testimony of God’s faithfulness to you or someone else through Arana. Tickets for Kirsty’s Chaplaincy Community Night close on Monday. Make sure you purchase one ASAP so you don’t miss out!!

School chaplaincy plays a valued role within the Ferny Grove SHS community, providing support to students through life’s challenges, milestones, and everyday experiences.

Chaplaincy provides students with a supportive presence as they navigate friendship challenges, transitions, grief and loss, mental health struggles, celebrations, achievements, uncertainty about the future, and everything in between.

As with many chaplaincy programs, ongoing community support and fundraising are essential in helping this work continue. This year’s annual fundraiser will take a slightly different format, with the Ferny Grove Chaplaincy Community Night featuring woodfired pizza, raffles, games, live music, and stories highlighting the impact of chaplaincy within the school community.

A sincere thank you to The Grove Baptist Church for hosting the event and Farmer Brown's Pizzas for catering.

But this Mother’s Day, we want to celebrate all women: seasoned mums, new mums, spiritual mums, those who hope to be mums, and those carrying untold stories. You are seen, you are valued, you are loved.
