❤️What an amazing day we had for our Red Sunday.

We wore red. 🧣💃
We ate red food. 🍉🍓
We talked about the ‘Red Shield Appeal’ and how it provides opportunities for us to be available and live a radically generous life as we are told to in the Bible.

Bayside Salvos is truly a church filled with ‘Hope Givers’!

We are down at Bunnings Capalaba today selling sausages and drinks (and cakes) to raise funds for the Red Shield Appeal!

All funds raised stay in this local community to help people struggling with many different needs.

Come and see us and learn more about our work while getting a sausage or some cake!

Showers and laundry services for those experiencing homelessness.
A safe and warm place out of the rain to rest and connect.

Did You Know....

You can donate online to the work of Bayside Salvos and receive an instant tax deductible receipt ($2 and over). All donations given through this website or locally to one of our volunteer collectors in the shopping centres remains in this local community.

Some of the ways that we currently assist community members and use these donations are:

Houses of Hope - provides safe, secure and stable transitional housing, while also providing hope and help in the challenges of life.

Salvos Connect - a safe space where food and drinks are provided for free and people can connect and receive the assistance they require.

Laundry & Showers - provided for free for the homeless and other community members doing it tough. Washing powder, toiletries and towels provided.
