What if we’re turning the very things God intended for good into our own attempt at salvation?
Prayer. Generosity. Gratitude. Good habits.
All good things. But none of them were ever meant to be our Saviour.
On Sunday, Zac challenged us to rethink what it means to depend on Christ, reminding us that the Gospel isn’t about what we can do for ourselves, but what Jesus has already done for us.
A powerful reminder of the freedom found in surrendering it all to Him! 🤍

Looking for a welcoming space to connect with other women, enjoy some fresh air and build meaningful friendships? 🌿
Southern Strollers began 6 years ago when Helen recognised the need for a safe and supportive space where women could talk openly, encourage one another and do life together.
What started with just a few ladies has grown into a wonderful community built on friendship, support and connection.

Southern Strollers continues to be a place where women are welcomed, valued and encouraged. A space to come as you are, meet new people, share a conversation and enjoy a morning together.
We’d love to have you join us. 🤍

‼️A quick heads up for tomorrow!‼️
If you’re heading to church tomorrow, there are 2 things to be aware of:

🚘 Calderwood Road is currently closed until February, please follow the detour route via Escarpment Drive (only adds 6 mins to your drive so allow a tiny bit of extra time!)

⛪️ Church access just for tomorrow, Gate 1 is closed, so allow access will be via Gate 2.

The team has been busy in Dareton, connecting with children and teenagers and creating opportunities to share the love of Jesus.
As the week continues, we’d love you to join us in praying for the team, the young people they’re spending time with, and today’s youth concert.
Please pray for wisdom and patience, strength in the warm weather, and opportunities for the gospel to take root in young hearts.

🌿 What a beautiful and meaningful time together!
Last weekend, women from across our community gathered for a special afternoon exploring neurodiversity, sharing stories, building understanding and creating space for honest conversations.
We’re so grateful for the opportunity to come together, learn from one another and be reminded that every person is wonderfully and uniquely made 🌸
