🫖Ladies Afternoon Tea - Managing Anxiety and Emotional Distress🫖

A beautiful afternoon of education, encouragement, and community. 🤍
Our event created space to slow down and have real conversations around managing anxiety and emotional distress. 🗣️
We’re so grateful for Andrea and Vicki, who generously shared their professional insight and practical tools, helping us better understand ourselves and how to support one another. 🆘
This was more than an event, it was a reminder that we don’t have to walk through hard seasons alone. 🤝
Thank you to every woman who came along and made the afternoon what it was. We had 57 ladies in attendance. 💐

What a perfect day at Killalea for our Circle of Friends Christmas morning tea. We will be back next year with our first Circle of Friends resuming in February.

Sad news, Womens camp for this weekend has been postponed due to limited numbers

Two retreat days to accommodate 18 ladies.
We welcomed a few ladies for the first time to a retreat in the flavour of contemplative and creativity that Southern Church Women’s Ministry has been growing in for 13 years now.
Feeling safe to share our stories, allow others to bless us and then step into ways to bless others..a gentle day crafted for us by the Holy Spirit
