Hi all,

Registrations for the State Youth Camp (previously called Equip) of 2024 are now open. It will be held at the Apex site over at Magnetic Island, the same venue as the Battlegrounds Camp held earlier this year. The camp will be held over the September holidays.

We do plan to have an opportunity to fundraise for the camp during the school term. This link here will allow you all to register; make sure to select the North Queensland camp.

We’ve just gotten confirmation that Youth Group will resume on the 2nd of August. We all hope to see you then, as we have a lot of fun things in store.

HOWEVER, please note that we will be unable to facilitate the bus run this term, but we hope many of you will still be able to make it over.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for Townsville Salvos Youth:

Hey guys!

I hope you all had a good school holiday!
The leaders and I have organised another term of Youth Group and are keen to get started.

Unfortunately, we are needing to wait for approval from the new amalgamated Corps Officer Team before we get the term started. We are hoping to begin again soon, with the goal being the 2nd of August at the absolute latest.

I hope to seen you all soon and we will continue to keep you updated of any changes, but until then, stay safe!

Just a reminder that we 2 great opportunities to come together and have fun.
Saturday the 27th of January. This will be a great time for us to catch up with our friends from Salvos Cairns at Sugarworld Adventure Park.
Saturday 3rd of February we have another change to come together and have fun, this time at the Barra Fun Park here in Townsville.

Make sure to speak to your youth leader so that travel and booking arrangements can be made for both events
