One week ago we marked the end of Uniting in Prayer, closing 26 days of intentional prayer across the Uniting Church in this season of change and renewal.
We want to say thank you.
Thank you for praying each day with us.
Thank you for sharing in prayer and worship in your place.
Thank you for praying for each other through the national prayer chain.
Thank you for joining the national prayer gathering.
Thank you for sharing the prayers from our Uniting Church family.
Thank you for joining us on the journey, upholding our Church in love and hope.

The Act2 Report is now here and will soon be launched. It too emerges from MUCH prayer, and the deep engagement of the Project team with every part of our Uniting Church in every part of the country. As we move further down this path of discernment about our future, may God keep us travelling along together.

We are still collecting Paper Cranes for the Peace Project until 14 July. Our partner is Collège Maurice Bécanne in Toulouse, France.
How can you get involved:
📆 Attend our Makerspace Special Session - Peace Crane Project
Sunday 9 July 1.30pm-3.30pm
We will be folding cranes with the help of staff that we will add to our collection to be sent off.

💌 Make origami at home/school. We have Origami paper and instructions at our front desk. So pick up some paper, get folding and bring your finished cranes into the library for us to add to our collection to send to our partner.

Synod Meeting 2023 will commence this evening with the Installation of Rev Peter Morel as the new Moderator of the Uniting Church in South Australia. The Synod meeting will then be conducted over the next three days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Adelaide West Uniting Church. Loving Lord, we give you praise!
Since our formation we have been changing,
but Christ has been our foundation
and Your presence is constant O God.
We live in an ever-changing world.
Our Church is in flux too.
Even as we seek the way to go,
you are always with us.

Awaken our spirit!
Stir our hearts and minds.
Ready us to follow your call,
wherever it may lead.

Help us leave behind any pain of the past.
Replace the old, tired
and disappointed ways of our heart.
Restore us with your grace and strength,
fill us with new blessings of joy and peace.
