We were delighted to join the Lutheran Women of WA Zoom Fellowship Event this morning and share the story of Kaow, whose life has been transformed through the Home of Praise in Thailand. Through the generous support of the Lutheran Women of WA, young women like Kaow have been given opportunities for education, care, encouragement, and hope for the future. https://lcamission.org.au/2024/12/05/softening-strong-tiger-hearts/

As we reflected together on God's gift of grace, we were reminded that grace has always been God's plan. From the moment sin entered the world, God promised salvation and never stopped pursuing his lost children. Throughout Scripture, we see God's grace at work as he preserves, protects, forgives, and ultimately sends Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, to save the world.

Kaow's story is one small but powerful example of that same grace in action today. God's grace continues to transform lives, open doors, and bring hope where it is needed most.

Thank you, Lutheran Women of WA, for your partnership in the gospel and your support of the Home of Praise ministry. Through your generosity, God's love is being shared in practical ways, and lives are being changed.

A big thankyou to Bishop Jack Urame for leading the consultation today; it was great to meet with lots of representatives from the Mt. Hagen District, and for Mathias Gesengsu who led the working groups yesterday. A joy to be part of it.
