Dear friends and family of the Noarlunga Salvos

Due to unfavorable weather conditions forecast for tomorrow (Tuesday) we will be serving Toasties in our community hall in lieu of our scheduled BBQ around the Firepit.

Hopefully weather permitting we’ll be able to hold our BBQ next week instead.

Come rain or shine you’ll find the Noarlunga Salvos doing their best to raise much needed funds for THE RED SHIELD APPEAL.

Today you’ll find us cooking up a storm at the NOARLUNGA BUNNINGS store, outside Kmart @ COLONNADES and in the SEAFORD CENTRAL SHOPPING CENTRE.

We’d love you to come over and say hello and if you’re able to pop a donation into our tin! Eftpos available too:)

This week the Noarlunga Salvos are collecting down at the Seaford Central Shopping Centre for THE RED SHIELD APPEAL.

You’ll find us pretty close to Drakes Foodland down at the southern end of the centre. We’d love you to stop by and say hello to our wonderful volunteers who give so generously of their time to help raise funds for our community.

Today you’ll find the Noarlunga Salvos collecting for the RED SHIELD APPEAL in Colonnades (outside Kmart,) McLaren Vale (outside Coles,) and Woodcroft Plaza.

Dear friends and family of the Noarlunga Salvos!

Our Red Shield collecting continues this week at Woodcroft Plaza and McLaren Vale Coles.
We’d love you to come past and say hello to our wonderful volunteers who continue to give selflessly to help raise funds that enable us at the Noarlunga Salvos to continue to support the most vulnerable within our local community.

We will be stationed at these two locations a further two days (Friday and Saturday) of this week before moving on to Seaford Central Shopping Centre.

Hey Noarlunga community, this amazing lunch was served at our Cafe Life meal yesterday (Wednesday) followed by a delicious trifle! 2 courses for just $5 and enough food to fill you up for the day 😊

Everyone is welcome and your first meal with us is free. Come on over to the Noarlunga Salvos and enjoy not only food but a safe, welcoming place to belong. .. a place of peace and love.

This week we officially recognize and give thanks to our many amazing volunteers as we acknowledge National Volunteer Appreciation week.

Here at The Noarlunga Salvos all but one of the people you see serving our community and in our church are volunteers.

Volunteers with such beautiful hearts. Truth is without our volunteers we couldn’t do what we do.

I am forever grateful for every precious volunteer connected to our church, your dedication to service and supporting all that we do does not go unnoticed.

So a heartfelt thankyou to absolutely every single one of you for who you are and all you give!

What fun we had at the Noarlunga Salvos celebrating RED DAY!!!

Today following our morning worship service we set out to raise money for the annual RED SHIELD APPEAL. Offering a sumptuous sausage sizzle, delicious homemade cakes, barista style coffees, cold drinks along with some fun activities (yielding prizes as well!!)

What an effort!! Heartfelt thanks to the amazing team who set up, served and help pack up.

You know who you are ❤️

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to you all!!

Together we raised $775 for the Red Shield Appeal!

Don’t forget it’s RED DAY this Sunday (17th) @ the Noarlunga Salvos!

Come dressed in RED and stay for all the fun after our worship service. There’ll be snags sizzling on the BBQ, cold drinks and cakes along with great coffee all to purchase.

We even have a few fun games you can enjoy with prizes to be won!!

All proceeds go towards the RED SHIELD APPEAL.
