There is Power in Praise!

Just like the walls of Jericho came down when God's people gave a great shout with the trumpets (Joshua 6) or when David danced before the Lord in his ephod (2 Sam 6), God delights in our praise. He created it, for Himself, but to be enjoyed by us too, for empowering us and increasing our courage.

We had a great time of fellowship and a delicious breakfast yesterday at Pelzer Park.
A chilly morning, but how special to spend it outdoors, surrounded by the Maker's creation!

Psalm 96:11 "Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad;
let the sea resound, and all that is in it.
12 Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them;
let all the trees of the forest sing for joy."
