Our goal is to create a community of people who are committed to following the ways of Jesus in our daily lives. For us church isn't a weekly event but a community of people who are encouraging and supporting each other in our goal to live like Jesus. When we do gather weekly, our gatherings are simple, relaxed and open to anyone. We believe Jesus was a real man who lived and died and then rose from the dead, and in doing so offers us 'eternal life' both in this life and beyond.

Celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus with us!

Easter. The most important time of year for us. The time to celebrate death and live and the freedom that has been given to us so graciously.

Luke 24:2-3
“Arriving at the tomb they discovered that the huge stone covering the entrance had been rolled aside, so they went in to look. But the tomb was empty. The body of Jesus was gone!”

Join us! We’ll be gathering together for a Good Friday service, followed by hot cross buns, and then a dawn service at 6:40am and a morning service at 9am on Sunday morning. We’ll see you there 👋🏼

We’re so happy to be back! To kick off the year, Matt invited us to reflect on our spiritual goals and consider how we want to grow in our relationship with God in 2026.

In our small groups, we unpacked four questions together:
1. What is your life focussed on in 2026?
2. What kind of fruit are you hoping your life will produce in 2026?
3. What’s your plan to live a life that produced that kind of fruit?
4. What do you do next?

This week, we encourage you to reflect on these questions. Journal about them. Chat to a friend about your answers. Pray for growth in your faith. If you’d like to chat more send us a message or to hear the sermon click the link in our bio🤍

What a wonderful time together it was celebrating Christmas and the birth of Jesus, our saviour, the creator of the world who wanted to draw close to us.

Thank you to all those who came and joined us for a meal and worship. Merry Christmas from us to you⭐️

We’ll see you again soon when we head back to church on January 12th after a break 👋🏼

A PRAYER FOR BONDI
Yesterday, we all woke with heavy hearts following the tragic events at Bondi. As TIDE Church, we hold in prayer all who have been affected. Those who have lost loved ones, those who are injured and recovering, the first responders and health workers, and the wider community carrying shock and grief. We stand in solidarity with the Jewish community and with all who were gathered in peace. Violence has no place in our shared life, and fear must not have the final word. As followers of Jesus, we commit ourselves again to compassion, care for one another, and the work of peace. We encourage everyone to pray today and this week. Sometimes we are at a loss for words to know exactly what to pray for. In times like this, it is good to pray the Lord’s Prayer over this whole terrible situation. We will pray together on Sunday when we gather.

LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your Kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom,
the power and the glory are yours.
Now and for ever. Amen.
