Pope Francis .... Remembering his devotion and the love of his people... his first anniversary today.

My dear mamma, Erica Venuti, passed away the week before Christmas last year. She was a long time parishioner for 64 years. She was 99 years old. She came to Australia in 1936 as a 9yo child. She was a very devout Catholic and devoted to our Blessed Mother. I recently found photos l had never seen before... Marian Procession on 20th August 1950. One photo had a rose petal sealed as a momento. I thought l would share today. We had Christmas and Easter without her and next week my first birthday and then Mother's Day without her ... she is here though in spirit and guides our family.

77th MARIAN PROCESSION

Sunday 17th May, 2026 - beginning at 2.00pm from Victoria Park, Adelaide and processing up Wakefield Street into Victoria Square. All are invited to attend. Our Parish will provide a bus to transport parishioners to and from the event, if you would like a seat on the bus, please let Carolyn know. Marian Procession Volunteering
