So pregnancy/motherhood is fu*ked and if you've ever been pregnant or are a mum I'm sure you know what I'm talking about and if you survived that with a shred of sanity left then you should feel like an absolute SUPERHUMAN because you are!

Even though I'd spent my whole life around babies and mums, nothing prepared me even in the slightest for this journey.

I already feel like making it this far was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and just like that the next hardest part unveils itself. It's constant transformation, constant lessons, daily tears enveloped in an unconditional love that is more valuable, inspiring and joyous than you could imagine.

What I will always appreciate is the fellow mums that relate, reach out and check on you, helping to share the load and hold space for your becoming.

I see people all over the internet claiming to 'know best' and attacking anyone who tries to offer advice and while there is truth to that yes we need to trust ourselves and our instincts, I will never complain about someone taking the care/time out of their day to reach out and offer the smallest tips or tricks or just check in and say hey I'm here..

so yeah I'm all for this new support crew of women who want to share the load and make the journey just a little lighter 🙌🙏✨️💛

I spent my life being the person that people come to for help or advice and this is a privilege that I will never complain about!

My passion since I was a child has been to help others which is why I became a registered nurse, after 9 years in this career I reached a point where 'the art of nursing' had disappeared and I could no longer feel that reward of helping others.

Policies and limited resources in the system meant we had agendas and strict timelines that didn't allow for connection, for investigation of non-physical health aspects such as emotions, energy and thoughtforms, suddenly I felt sick going to work.

So in 2022 I made the difficult and scary decision to quit my job and totally start over, I started my own business designed to focus directly with people 1-on-1, to see the bigger picture of their world, the unseen (feelings, emotions, intuition, conflict, trapped pain, grief etc).

For the past few years I have been exploring, learning, failing and starting over, determined to get this right. While most of my practice has been natural and self taught, keen to grow and fine tune my skills I am currently in the process of obtaining my counselling diploma.

I am beyond excited for 2026, I'm returning to work/events this January but doing things very differently, being a mum came with many tests and challenges but also intense upgrades!
