“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one, I in them and you in me, so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me”.

A weekend of service and fellowship! Friday night was singing practice; Sabbath Morning was praise & worship during Divine Service; Sabbath Afternoon was Singing outreach at ADRA Complex with our new outreach T-shirts and then Sunday morning at the crack of dawn, it was volunteering at the Gold Coast, to assist SIXT as they host the Coolangatta Marathon. Volunteer ended around noon with some kebabs for lunch, a swim in the cool waters of the Coolangatta Beach and then some breathtaking views up at the Tweed Lookout. A highly exhaustive weekend but we were incredibly blessed.

The Adventist Youth (AY) meeting is a space created for our young people to share experiences in light of the Scripture. “Priorities” based on
1 Timothy 4:8 was the subject of discussion during AY on Sabbath. Encouraging seeing our youths unpacking the deep truths of 1 Timothy 4:8 and choosing to lift up spiritual disciplines as their top priority. Sunday was church picnic at the Gold Coast.

The Sunnybank Band led an uplifting AY program this afternoon! They brought an inspiring discussion centered around 1 Timothy 4:8:

For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
