As my middle school leader Jason would often say, “You be faithful, let God be good.”
That statement and reminder is always somewhere within me, echoing in the background of my day to day. It was present when I served at DBSM, and it followed me here. I just want to be faithful.
It’s now been three years since I launched to Austria, so I wanted to pause and celebrate the last three years of God’s faithfulness.
March 2023, after months of preparation, packing, selling, storing, saying goodbye to friends and family—the day finally came. It was time to step into world missions.
But that leap in 2023 didn’t go as initially expected, spending the next 11 months bouncing around before finally settling in Vienna.
With nothing but a passport, two bags, and a backpack, life was simple. It was all about people, shared meals, daily dependence, and deep gratitude.
As I sit now on a train reflecting back, I see that God was intentionally preparing me during those days for my current life and ministry in Vienna.
Those nomadic days of packing and unpacking, hellos and goodbyes, now shape my daily mission and overall vision. Those 25 flights in 2023 became the catalyst God used to continue shaping me into the man He wants me to be.
God was teaching me lessons on faith and surrender; He was teaching me to trust Him fully. To be faithful and let Him be good.
No matter the circumstances, language, or challenges. No matter where I laid my head to rest or what timezone I was calling from.
I simply needed to be faithful: wake up, get up, take the next step, and trust Him, because He is a good God.
As a child, you can be told, “God is good.”
But the gift of time allows us to truly know and experience not only the goodness of God, but His faithfulness on full display.
From my ministry so far in Austria, Romania, Albania, Kenya, Sweden, Czechia, and beyond, God has remained faithful.
Looking back on these three years, the mission still remains the same: to reach and raise up the next generation for Christ.
And your SUPPORT and PRAYERS make this possible!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this mission. Thank you for being on my team of faithful supporters.
Today, let’s give thanks and celebrate the last three years of God’s faithfulness as we look ahead with hope and joy! 🎊
