Officially registered nutrition coach! I’m still studying to become a personal trainer too so stay tuned. I’m very excited. I know that walking alongside people with health and fitness is not my primary calling but it is important and it’s something I’m passionate about and it feels really good to have developed some real skills. I’m very excited for what God will do with this.

I am loving my nutrition and personal training course! I’m so excited to be a nutrition coach It’s not even funny. I’m learning all about food and even the science behind how it affects our bodies and our hormones. Honestly I guess I’ve already been eating the way that I’m learning in the course but now I have the data to back it up! I’ve never felt better in my body! Carbs are the most demonized macronutrient and it gets a bad rep because people eat simple carbs that make them gain weight and feel like dirt when in fact what we need is fiber rich complex carbs for energy and brain function. I encourage everyone to stay away from fad diets and focus on a mostly Whole Foods approach. I literally cannot wait to work with people after I pass this course. I’ve lost almost 46 pounds and I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight and on my way to losing 10 more, which was my goal before I got pregnant. If I can do it, anyone can do it and you can do it without crazy extremes. Don’t use social media for your nutrition info. Start researching for yourself food and how it affects the body and watch your life change 🦋

Christoph did a fantastic job teaching Habakkuk and Lamentations. My favorite part though was at the end the students + staff affirmed him and gave words of encouragement since it’s the end of school teaching and almost every single person talked about how thorough his teachings were, that they could tell he truly cared about them as a coach/teacher, that they were blessed by his servant heart+ humor 🤓, and more. It blesses me when people see what I see everyday! God is good and was glorified through him and this was an impactful time for all of us in God’s word. Moments like today remind us why we moved here ♥️
