PRAYER TO MARIA REINA DE LOS ANGELES
Oh Augusta Queen of the Skies
and Lady of the Angels!
For you have received from God the power and mission to crush the head of the infernal serpent; Deign to listen benignly to the supplications that we humbly address to you; send the holy legions so that, under your orders, they fight the demons, wherever they repress their audacity and persecute them until they precipitate them into the abyss.
Who like God?
Holy Angels and Archangels, defend us and keep us. Oh good and tender Mother! You will always be our love and our hope. Oh divine Mother! Send the Holy Angels to defend ourselves and reject away the demon, our mortal enemy. Amen.
In the face of the great spiritual combat we wage, God has wanted to provide for us. But we must pray if we want your help.
In 1863 a soul ... felt his mind elevated towards the Blessed Virgin, who told him that indeed, the demons were running loose throughout the world, and that the time had come to beg him as Queen of Angels asking for the holy legions to fight and Crush the infernal powers.
- "My mother," said this soul, "since you are so good, could you not send them without us begging you?"
- "No," replied the Blessed Virgin, "prayer is a condition imposed by God to reach thanks."
- "Then, my Mother," said the soul "would you like to teach me how to beg?"
And he thought he heard the prayer "Oh Augusta Reina ..."
Mr. Cestac was the depositary of this prayer. The first thing he did was present it to Monsignor Lacroix, Bishop of Bayonne, who gave his approval. He immediately sent half a million copies to print, which he distributed free everywhere.
It will not be enough to warn that, during the first impression, the machines broke down twice. The prayer to the Queen of Angels spread rapidly and was approved by many bishops and archbishops.
Saint Pius X granted three hundred days of indulgence to those who pray it.
Sweetness of the angels, joy of the afflicted,

Extend your invencible hand and crash our enemies.
Send your servants the help of heaven.
Oh Sovereign Queen of the Angels, the most loving Mother that you deigned to choose our beloved Homeland to be the throne of your mercies, we thank you for the countless benefits received from your powerful intercession and we beg you to protect us at all times of our gone, especially when worries afflict us; at that time, O Virgin and Mother of God, enforce your prerogatives of Queen and Mother before the Holy Trinity; Help us from heaven with Mother's love and Queen's splendor. Watch over our beloved homeland, Oh Sovereign Queen of Angels and save her for love of Christ, Our King and Lord. AMEN.
