The answer has been answered:
Amir Al-Momenin saw the drops falling on the praying person, so he removed it again.

Abi in Kaab saw what Hazrat Abbas wanted to say, so he said: What do you want him to say?
Hazrat Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Wherever my house is, his Prophet (peace be upon him) marked me with a stick and I built a house there and then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: Uncle put my hungry leg up. Go ahead and put a name in this place!. I refused to step foot on his hungry but after his insistence I stepped on his hungry foot and shoveled him!
Abi Ibn Kaab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Do you have any witnesses regarding this?
Hazrat Abbas went out quickly and brought some Ansar. Ansar confirmed Hazrat Abbas's statement and said Abbas is telling the truth.
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was blessed with this and tears flowed from his eyes like rain and the sight of the Prophet (PBUH) came to his eyes. He stood in front of his beloved prophet.
The ruler of twenty lakh square meters is standing crying in front of the court. The one who used to tremble in the courts of Kaiser and Kasra on hearing his name.
Hazrat Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I didn't know that this name was inferior to the Prophet (PBUH) himself.
