SUNDAY WORSHIP | 6 September 2026
Sharjah United Methodist Church

Difficult conversations are never easy, especially when we’ve been hurt. But Jesus shows us how to address conflict with love and accountability.

In Matthew 18:15–17, He gives us four steps:

1. Talk privately. Go to the person and talk things through.
2. Ask for help. Bring one or two trusted people to help you work toward reconciliation.
3. Seek the church’s guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, bring it before the church.
4. Set a boundary. If the person still refuses to repent, exclusion from fellowship may be necessary, while leaving the door open for repentance and restoration.

May we have the courage to speak kindly, the patience to listen, and the humility to admit when we’re wrong. Healing can begin with an honest conversation. 🙏❤️

SATURDAY WORSHIP | 5 September 2026
Sharjah UMC – Dibba Mission

Conflict is unavoidable, but Jesus teaches us how to face it with courage, humility, and love.

Instead of speaking against one another, may we speak directly with one another. Instead of allowing hurt to divide us, may we seek understanding, healing, and reconciliation—remembering that every person bears the image of God.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.”
— Matthew 18:20

In every disagreement and difficult relationship, we are never alone. God is our refuge, guiding us toward peace and restoring our community.

Fourteenth Sunday after Pentecost | Ajman Mission Worship Service

God does not call the qualified—He qualifies those He calls. May we accept His call, trust His presence, and follow Jesus with wholehearted commitment.

Dibba Mission Worship Service
August 29, 2026

Like Moses and Peter, we may hesitate when God’s call is difficult. Yet God assures us, “I will be with you.”

May we accept His call, deny ourselves, follow Christ, and lead through sacrificial love and faithful service.

14TH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST | POWER WITH PURPOSE

What if love became the filter for every decision, action, and word?

This Sunday, we were reminded to use everything God has entrusted to us with purpose:

P — Power is entrusted, not owned.
O — Obey God with courage, grace, and love.
W — Work with what is in your hand.
E — Empower, do not exploit.
R — Represent Christ.

When love guides our power, authority becomes service, influence becomes compassion, and leadership helps others experience God’s grace.

True power is not measured by how many people follow us, but by how many people we serve, strengthen, and bring closer to Christ.

Honour our leaders—but follow Jesus, our Chief Shepherd.

MIDWEEK SERVICE | SHARPEN YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF GOD’S WORD

“Each one should carry their own load.” — Galatians 6:5

God calls us not only to hear His Word, but to understand it, live by it, and take responsibility for the life and work He has entrusted to us. As we grow in faith, may His Word sharpen our wisdom, guide our decisions, and teach us when to help others—and when to encourage them to stand and grow.

Thank You, Lord, for another meaningful evening of worship, fellowship, prayer, and reflection. May we continue to become responsible and faithful followers of Christ.

ACCEPT YOURSELF. ACCEPT CHANGE. ACCEPT GOD. 🙏

“God, help us accept Your call on our lives.”
