Many people remember God only when they are in trouble. That's why Kuntidevi wished that God should always be remembered. But usually everyone measures God to remove troubles.
If any danger comes, even if the desired desires are not fulfilled, if the bo***ge of pain increases and life becomes heavy, then only God is visible. We will pray, worship him, bow our knees, tie our knots, untie our desires. We will beat coconuts, say we will come to your hill, do fasts, apply to every God we see, if our sufferings are not resolved, we can easily change gods. This is the most natural evolutionary process happening naturally in the society.
Whatever the story is, we have to realize the moral in it.
The former one gets in a lot of trouble. Everywhere she goes, she is dripping. Someone will say that you need divine grace to get out of that situation. Which god you worshiped, your flesh has come.

What we need to know here is to worship God not as an idol but with a strong belief that he is real. Worship is cold. That's when they show up.
