We celebrated the Seventh Sunday in Kingdomtide and World Communion Sunday, reflecting on Matthew 21:33–46 through the message “Vineyard of Grace, Fruit of the Heart” delivered by Rev. Goel Bagundol—and finally, face-to-face with us again! 🤍

We were reminded of three lessons:
1. Stewardship, Not Ownership
Everything we have is entrusted to us by God. We are called to care for His blessings faithfully, not treat them as our own.

2. Choosing the True Cornerstone
Christ must remain the foundation of our lives. When He is our Cornerstone, our choices, relationships, and faith are anchored in Him.

3. God Demands Fruit, Not Just Proximity
Being close to God is not enough. Our faith should produce fruits—love, obedience, kindness, forgiveness, and service that others can see.

As faithful tenants of God’s vineyard, may we repent of entitlement, break down walls, and yield a daily harvest of faith, love, and service.

May our lives not only remain close to God’s vineyard, but bear fruit that reflects His grace.

A new book, a new journey! After completing 1 & 2 Samuel, we now open the Book of 1 Kings—continuing the story of Israel’s kings, their leadership, choices, victories, and failures.

In 1 Kings 1–2, we witness Solomon becoming king after David, and the transition of leadership from one generation to another. David’s final words to Solomon remind him that true leadership begins with walking faithfully with God.

🔥 “Walk in obedience to Him, and keep His decrees and commands.”

Leadership may be passed down, but faithfulness to God must be chosen.

Noong nakaraang Linggo, pinagnilayan natin ang Mateo 21:23–32 sa mensaheng “Walk Our Talk” na ibinahagi sa atin ni CWA President Sis. Analyn Maglaque.

Minsan, madali ang magsabi ng “Oo, Panginoon,” pero ang tunay na hamon ay kung nakikita ba ang ating “Oo” sa ating mga gawa. 🌿

Mas mahalaga sa Diyos ang gawa kaysa salita. Hindi pa huli ang lahat para magbago ng landas. At ang tawag ng Diyos sa atin ay ngayon—hindi bukas.

Kaya, walk our talk. ❤️
Pumunta tayo sa ubasan at maglingkod—may pusong handang umunawa, tumulong, at magmahal, lalo na sa mga madalas nating hindi napapansin.

🙏🏻 “Panginoon, tulungan Mo kaming hindi lang magsabi ng Oo, kundi isabuhay ito.”

📖 Sermon Title: CHRIST-CENTERED LIVING
📍 Scripture Text: Philippians 2:1–13

Last Saturday, we celebrated the Sixth Saturday in Kingdomtide as we reflected on Philippians 2:1–13 through the message “CHRIST-CENTERED LIVING,” delivered by our Lay Preacher, Bro. Vergel Francisco.

Three powerful reminders:

🙌 PUT CHRIST ABOVE SELF.
Life changes when Jesus becomes the center—not ourselves.

🤍 HUMILITY BUILDS UNITY.
When we follow Christ's example of humility, we make room for love, grace, and unity.

🙏 OBEY GOD & TRUST HIS WORK IN YOU.
You may not see the whole picture, but God is still working.

✨ LET'S DECLARE:

“Lord, work in me.
Change me.
Lead me.
Use me.”

And when you feel tired…

Keep praying.
Keep serving.
Keep obeying.
Keep trusting.
Keep walking with Christ.

Because our salvation isn't based on how perfectly we perform—it's based on what Christ has already done for us. ❤️

🌿 REMEMBER THREE WORDS:

HUMBLE. 🤍
UNITE. 🤝
OBEY. 🙏

Humble yourself like Christ.
Unite with God's people.
Obey God's calling.

Grace changes how we live.
Christ changes who we are.

We celebrated the Fifth Sunday in Kingdomtide and Family Sunday, reflecting on Matthew 20:1–16 through the message “The Scandal of Grace” delivered by Rev. Goel Bagundol. 🤍

We were reminded that:
✨ Needs are provided, not hours clocked.
✨ Comparison kills gratitude.
✨ No one is an afterthought.

So, what then for us? Live out unearned grace—burn the scorecards, rejoice in others’ blessings, and open the table to the latecomers and newcomers.

At the end of the day, we are all 5 PM workers. None of us earned our place. At the cross, we all receive the same gift: unmerited mercy. 🙏🏻

📖 Sermon Title: TO LIVE IS CHRIST

Last Saturday, we celebrated the Fifth Saturday in Kingdomtide and Family Saturday as we reflected on Philippians 1:21–30 through the message “TO LIVE IS CHRIST,” delivered by our Lay Preacher, Bro. Vergel Francisco.

Three powerful lessons:

1. CHRIST MUST BE THE PURPOSE OF OUR LIFE.
Let Him be at the center of everything we do.

2. OUR LIFE IS A GIFT TO SERVE OTHERS.
Use your life to bless others—in your home, workplace, church, and community.

3. STAND FIRM WHEN LIFE IS DIFFICULT.
Our circumstances may change, but Christ is still Lord.

And here's the good news:

The Gospel doesn't promise an easy life.
It promises that Christ is enough in every circumstance.

Paul faced prison, uncertainty, and suffering—but he continued because Christ was with him.

So this week, remember:

🔘Don't live merely to make a living—live to make a difference.
🔘Don't live merely to be successful—live to be faithful.
🔘Don't live merely to be comfortable—live to serve.
🔘 Don't live merely for yourself—live for Christ and for others.

🔥 THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE:

LIVE WITH PURPOSE.
SERVE WITH LOVE.
STAND WITH COURAGE.
TRUST CHRIST.

Because “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” — Philippians 1:21
