Caught Between a Rock and a Hard Place?

Have you ever found yourself trapped between two impossible choices?

The kind of situation where neither option seems right, and every path feels painful.

It reminds me of an old story my mother used to tell me.

A wild animal—often told as a leopard or a hyena in different versions of the tale—would sn**ch meat straight from a fire where villagers were roasting it. In its greed, it would sometimes grab a piece of meat with a burning charcoal stuck to it.

Now imagine its dilemma.

If it swallowed, it risked swallowing fire.

If it spat it out, it risked losing the meat.

Caught between pain and loss.

How many of us have been there?

Perhaps you’re facing a decision today that has left you feeling exactly like that. You don’t know which way to turn. Your heart is heavy, your mind is exhausted, and every option seems to come with a cost.

If that’s you, this is my encouragement:

Go back to GOD.

Yes! Turn to GOD.

Throughout Scripture, whenever GOD’s people faced impossible situations, they sought Him first. And time after time, He made a way where there seemed to be no way.

He parted the Red Sea.

He turned bitter waters sweet.

He gave David victory over Goliath.

He shut the mouths of lions.

And He has not changed.

The same GOD is still speaking, still leading, still opening doors, and still doing the impossible.

Maybe this message is your reminder today that you are not standing at the end of the road.

There is still hope.

There is still a way forward.

There is still a miracle with your name on it.

Trust Him.

Seek Him.

Listen for His voice.

He knows the path that you cannot yet see.

Nothing is too hard for GOD.

May the LORD give you wisdom, peace, and divine direction today.

In Jesus’ Name.

Amen. 🙏🏽

Compassion is not the same as Covenant

Many believers confuse GOD’s compassion with GOD’s approval.

There are moments when GOD tells us, “Wait.”

We choose to move.

He says, “Do not.”

We insist.

He says, “Trust Me.”

We manufacture our own solution.

That is exactly what happened with Sarah and Abraham.

GOD had promised Isaac.

Human impatience produced Ishmael.

Ishmael was never the child of the covenant, yet he was still the son of Abraham.

Notice something remarkable about GOD.

He did not pretend Ishmael was Isaac.

He did not change His covenant because of human impatience.

But neither did He abandon Ishmael.

When Hagar wandered in the wilderness with no water left, when death seemed certain, GOD heard the cry of the boy. He opened Hagar’s eyes to a well, preserved their lives, and promised to make Ishmael into a great nation.

That was not covenant.

That was compassion.

The covenant remained with Isaac.

The compassion reached Ishmael.

There is a difference.

Many of us are alive today because we have experienced the compassion of GOD while living with the consequences of our own decisions.

Some businesses GOD warned us against still failed, yet He rescued us from total destruction.

Some relationships He told us not to enter still left us wounded, yet He healed our broken hearts.

Some financial decisions He cautioned us against brought us into debt, yet He still provided our daily bread.

His rescue did not mean He approved our choice.

It revealed His mercy.

Compassion does not rewrite covenant.

Mercy does not cancel truth.

Grace does not mean GOD changed His mind.

It simply means His love is greater than our failures.

That is why we should never mistake being rescued for being right.

The greatest blessing is not living by divine rescue.

It is living by divine obedience.

Rescue is for those who fell.

Inheritance belongs to those who remain in the path of the promise.

As believers, let us stop creating Ishmaels through impatience when GOD is still preparing our Isaacs.

For every Isaac requires waiting.

Every Ishmael is born out of helping GOD fulfill what He never asked us to help Him accomplish.

Key Study Scriptures for your further reference:

* Genesis 16:1–16 — The birth of Ishmael.
* Genesis 17:18–21 — Abraham asks GOD to bless Ishmael; GOD promises blessing but confirms the covenant will be with Isaac.
* Genesis 21:8–21 — Hagar and Ishmael are sent away; GOD provides water and renews His promise concerning Ishmael.
* Lamentations 3:22–23 — “Through the LORD’S mercies we are not consumed…”
* Psalm 103:8–14 — The LORD is compassionate and gracious.
* Hebrews 10:35–36 — “You have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of GOD, you may receive the promise.”

As believers may this be our call to maturity to always know that obedience is always better than having to depend on rescue.

Before GOD gives you the Crown, He trains you in the crushing.

He removes comfort, isolates you, delays answers, and tests your Faith—
not to break you, but to build unshakable strength, wisdom, and dependence on Him.

What felt like pain was never punishment.
It was PREPARATION.

“After you have suffered a little while, He will restore you and make you strong.”
— 1 Peter 5:10

🕊️ WEEKEND PAUSE | STILL STANDING BY THE GRACE AND MERCIES OF GOD 💜🙏🏼

They say a cat has many lives.

Not because it doesn’t die—but because it refuses to stay down.

Life thought it finished you.

It squeezed you.

Crushed you.

Pressed you.

Buried you under dust and disappointment.

And Yet—

You rose. AGAIN.

You are the kind life Underestimated.

The kind Pain tried to Silence.

The kind Pressure tried to Erase.

But here you are.

Still breathing.

Still standing.

Still rising.

“Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with His Hand.”

— Psalm 37:24

This weekend, I am speaking to you—

The one who survived what should have destroyed them.

The one who came back when even life thought there was no life left.

This is not a season of fear.

This is not a season of complaining.

This is not a season of worrying.

This is a season of celebration.

A season of recognition.

A season of glorification.

Look back—and appreciate.

Not because you were strong…

…but because GOD was and is forever faithful.

“It is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD.”

— Zechariah 4:6

Something has always been with you, in you, around you—

Far beyond the natural order.

Far beyond explanation.

That’s why the dust didn’t blind you.

That’s why the pressure didn’t break you.

That’s why every rising against you only triggered another level.

“When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.”

— Isaiah 59:19

Pause this weekend.

Breathe.

Relax.

Celebrate.

Pour your energy into the wins.

The quiet victories.

The battles you don’t even know how you survived—but you did.

And know this:

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.”

— Isaiah 54:17

The season you are in is not like the one before.

You are going higher.

Further.

Stronger.

No power—no power—will bring you back down.

Go and celebrate your Living GOD.

Go and rest in the proof of His faithfulness.

Have a blessed, peaceful, victory-filled weekend 🌿

THE PATHWAY TO GREATNESS ELIMINATES. PERIOD.

YES! It’s a Universal fact that we are all made in GOD’s image—
but equality of creation does not mean equality of outcome.

Like fingers on one hand, we share a source,
yet we differ in strength, function, and assignment.

Greatness is not unfair.
It is demanding.

Many rise.
Then the fall comes.
That fall is not punishment—it is proof.

Some get back up.
Others die there.

Why?
Because greatness requires what comfort cannot survive.

📖 “If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.”
— Proverbs 24:10

The journey doesn’t reward talent.
It rewards Staying Power.

📖 “Let us run with endurance the race set before us.”
— Hebrews 12:1

Hear this truth:
Strength, Endurance, and Unwavering Trust in GOD are non-negotiable on this Path.

Only those who refuse to quit—
who trust GOD when it hurts,
who hold His Word when nothing makes sense— finish!

This road was never crowded.
It was always selective.
Remember always: Nothing good comes easy.

This journey to GREATNESS doesn’t break people. It ONLY reveals who was never built to ENDURE.

“A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.”

Today marks Day 7 of 2026.
Seven days in. Seven days completed.
Seven is the number of Completion, Alignment, and Divine Order.

Hear this clearly:
You were not created to sit safely in comfort.
You were built for waters, for winds, for movement, for impact.

Harbors feel good. Harbors feel familiar.
But nothing grows there.

This year will NOT reward spectators.
2026 will respond to the bold, the obedient, the decisive.
Those willing to untie the ropes.
Those willing to trust GOD beyond what feels safe.

If the waters are stretching you — good.
If the waves are challenging you — Very good.
It means you’re finally doing what you were built for.

🔥 Launch out.
🔥 Move anyway.
🔥 Trust GOD fully.

And as you step out of the harbor, remember this truth: no wave you face is unfamiliar to GOD.

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And GOD is faithful…” (1 Corinthians 10:13).

What you’re facing is not sent to drown you, it is permitted to develop you. GOD has already measured the winds, calculated the waves, and prepared a way through. You are not stepping into danger—you are stepping into divine faithfulness. If He allowed the test, He has already secured the exit. Move forward with confidence. Heaven has already gone ahead of you.

Momentum is not waiting for you —
Momentum is created when you Move.

2026 is not a harbor year.
It is a forward year.

Let’s GO.
Let’s MOVE.
Let’s BUILD.

📖 “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God…” — Joel 2:26

FIVE DAYS INTO 2026… AND HERE WE ARE.

It is interesting how the year begins—full of breath, full of hope—and before you know it, it has run its course. We are already five days into 2026, and as always, the beginning of a year carries great expectations, fresh faith, and renewed energy.

2026 has arrived with the same anticipation, but with greater assurance.

I am deeply blessed and grateful to have stepped into a new year. We know people—some close, some distant—who did not make it into 2026. Yet here we are, privileged to journey around the sun and the moon for another 365 days.

“With long life He will satisfy us and show us His salvation.” Psalm 91:16

2025 was not an easy year. It tested many. But by the grace and mercy of GOD, we made it through. The same GOD who held us in 2025 is the One who holds the reins of 2026—and He has enabled us not just to walk, but to gallop into this new year.

As the year opened, the LORD assured us:
2026 will be better.
As we rise to greater levels, He Himself will be our answer.

I sense it strongly in my spirit—GOD is going to work like never before.
He who is greater than all you see, feel, hear, or know will do greater things with you and through you.

Every month will testify.
Every week will end with glory.
Every season will speak of GOD’s Hand.

“You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your GOD… and My people shall never be ashamed.”
Joel 2:26

✨ May every week conclude with a testimony.
✨ May every month end with victories that only GOD could orchestrate.
✨ Let struggle be distant from you and your household.
✨ Let pain be a far-off cry.
✨ May the work of your hands prosper—whatever you touch shall flourish.

“The Lord shall command the blessing upon you… and in all that you set your hand to.”
Deuteronomy 28:8

Wherever you step this year, you take over.
Those who fear the Lord will triumph over all.

You will be distinctly differentiated, because you pursue the Living GOD.

Anything that rises against you shall scatter in every direction—but nothing shall come near you.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” Isaiah 54:17

May the unmatchable mighty protective Hand of GOD preserve you throughout your entire walk in 2026.
You are blessed.
You are highly favored.
You are redeemed of the Lord.

Restoration is your portion.

Your children are blessed.
Their paths are guarded.
Those who seemed lost are finding their way again—starting now, in JESUS’ Name.

From the moment you finish reading this and say Amen, may the fruit of these declarations begin to manifest.

You are highly and hugely blessed.
May the mercy and grace of GOD rest upon you, your children, and all that concerns you in JESUS’ Name.

Amen.
