New Life Church, Abu Dhabi New Life Church meets every Sunday, at TEC (The Evangelical Church) Centre in Al Mushrif We meet every Sunday from 10:00am till 12:00pm. Everyone is welcome.

Because of the Covid restrictions, New Life Church is unable to meet at our usual meeting place at the Emirates Park Zoo. From the 3 July 2022 we start meeting in the FELLOWSHIP HALL, basement at THE EVANGELICAL CHURCH COMPOUND, on-island, Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi, opposite the British School. Join us this Sunday at 4.25pm for our worship gathering as we study together 1 Peter 1:13-21. Let us prepare our hearts to hear the Word preached by meditating on and praying the Scripture passage:

Gracious Father,
We come before You as Your redeemed people, remembering that You have called us to think clearly, live soberly, and set our hope fully on the grace that will be revealed when Christ returns. Strengthen our minds, Lord, so that we are not distracted or discouraged, but ready for every opportunity You place before us.

Holy God,
You have called us to be like You in all our conduct. Shape our desires, purify our habits, and make our lives reflect Your character. Let holiness not be a burden but a joyful witness to the world around us—a living sign that we belong to You.

Righteous Judge,
Teach us to live with reverent awe, knowing that our time on earth is temporary and that You see all things with perfect fairness. Free us from the fear of people and fill us with the fear of the Lord, so that our lives carry weight and our words carry truth.

Redeeming Savior,
We remember today that we were ransomed not with silver or gold, but with Your precious blood. Let the cost of our salvation stir our hearts with gratitude and move our feet toward mission. Make us bold to proclaim Christ to neighbors, colleagues, friends, and nations—so that those still in darkness may see the light of Your grace.

Spirit of God,
Empower our church to be a community of hope, holiness, reverence, and proclamation. Send us out with courage. Open doors for the gospel. Give us words seasoned with grace. And let our lives display the beauty of the One who bought us.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our spotless Lamb and risen Lord.

Join us this Sunday at 4.25pm for our worship gathering as we study together Exodus 28:1-43. Let us prepare our hearts to hear the Word preached by meditating on and praying the Scripture passage:

Father, we thank You that You are holy, and that You call Your people to draw near with reverence and awe. As You clothed Israel’s priests for glory and beauty, clothe us today with the righteousness of Christ, our Great High Priest. He carries our names on His heart, bears our burdens on His shoulders, and brings us into Your presence with perfect holiness. Make our lives reflect His beauty, our worship honor His holiness, and our steps follow His leading. Keep us faithful in all we do, and let Your glory be seen in Your people. Join us this Sunday at 4.20pm for our worship gathering as we study together Exodus 27:1–21. Let us prepare our hearts to worship the Lord as we hear the Word preached by meditating on the Scripture passage and by praying the Word:

Holy Father,
We come before You through the sacrifice You have provided, remembering that no one enters Your presence without atonement. As Israel could not bypass the bronze altar, so we cannot bypass the cross of Christ, where our sin was judged and our forgiveness secured.

Cleanse us again by the blood of Your Son. Make us a people who do not treat sin lightly, but who rejoice deeply in Your mercy. Teach us to walk in holiness, just as the courtyard marked off sacred space for Your people and reminded them that You are separate, pure, and worthy of reverence.

And Lord, keep the lamp of Your presence burning among us. As the oil was to be tended continually, so stir our hearts to continual devotion—faithful prayer, sincere worship, and steadfast obedience. Let Your light shine in our homes, our church, and our city, that others may see Your glory and come to know Your grace.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our true altar, our access, and our everlasting light.
