For the next 6 weeks, our Tuesday Rosary will be offered for Pope Francis. Join us today after Mass to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Rosary for the repose of the soul of our shepherd.

The greatest male saint who ever lived, was not a deacon, not a bishop, not a pope, not a hermit, not a monk. He was a husband, a father and a worker." -St. Josemaria Escriva

St. Joseph sought to do God's will in silence and steadfastness. In his peaceful home in Nazareth, Jesus grew in wisdom and strength. From his example, our Lord saw what self-giving love looks like, he saw what it means to be a servant. Mary too flourished under his care, she grew in knowledge and fear of the Lord, and before her eyes, she continually gazed at her husband's faithful surrender to the Father.

As Jesus and Mary were under St. Joseph's care and protection so too, the universal church is under this great saint's protection. Let us then turn to him in our trials and difficulties and beseech his help.

St. Joseph, pray for us.
