Let us all join in congratulating Bishop G.K. Machinga on his election today as the new Vice President of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC).

​The election took place during the just-ended 48th ZCC General Assembly held at the Kentucky Hotel in Harare. We celebrate this tremendous milestone and this added mandate to his ministry.

​The ZCC’s core mission is to promote Christian unity, peace, justice, and national transformation. We pray that God will equip Bishop Machinga with abundant wisdom, grace, and strength as he takes on this critical leadership role to help steer the Church and the nation forward.

​Congratulations, Bishop Machinga. May God bless your tenure.
