‎-There are things which are silencing us from speaking of what we have heard and seen in Christ Jesus
‎-You should have stubborn faith and walk in faith
‎-The Lord of hosts sends his horses and chariots to fight our battles
‎-The battles in front of us are not ours they are the Lord's
‎-We should always testify the goodness of God
‎-Do not be afraid to preach the word of God despite the circumstances around you
‎-Let us not listen to the world and what it says, listen to God. The word says in Acts 4 "Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God's sight to obey you rather than God"
‎-Peter and John were arrested so that the word of God would not spread
‎- May God give us boldness to preach his word

‎-The story is also recorded in Matthew and Mark.
‎-The difference between the other books and Luke is that he states that the power of the Lord to heal was present
‎-The people of long back understood that when Jesus was in the area no one would be left at home, they would all rush to be with him.
‎-The friends heard that Jesus was there and the power to heal was present so they made it a point to take their paralysed friend to be healed by Jesus
‎-The word says where two or three are gathered in his name, the presence of the Lord will be there
‎-The power of the Lord to heal, change situations, change destinies is in the house of the Lord right now
‎-When you come to the house of the Lord, focus on God, do not look at your neighbour
‎-The friends told themselves that whatsoever the cost they were not going back till their friend was healed ( we pray to God for such friends)
‎-Choose the right friends
‎- There are people who are just there to hinder your progress and distract you from meeting Jesus but tell yourself that whatsoever it costs you will meet Jesus
‎-The friends decided to leave the crowd and use the roof as their entrance, they didn't ask for permission to make a hole on the roof. They made a hole because of their determination
‎-Sometimes your situation needs force, do not ask for permission. The word says the violent shall take it by force
‎-Do whatever it costs to meet Jesus, the owner of the building didn't even complain
‎-Even if Plan A doesn't work have a Plan B, continue to persevere
‎-Serve if you need to, do not go back home the same way you came
‎-Jesus can change situations
‎-When Noah was drunk his youngest son saw him naked and told his elder brother and the elder brother covered their father's nakedness. When Noah was told after he was sober, he blessed the elder son and cursed the youngest. Noah was covered because the youngest told the eldest. In whatever you do, aim to be rewarded by Jesus and not men, the blessing of elder brothers came because they heard about the nakedness from the younger brother, the younger brother got cursed in return.
‎-When you are delivered, not everyone will be pleased with you
‎--The building was filled with Pharisees who were just spectators, who were there to question Jesus' teachings and see how Jesus healed people
‎-It was so easy for the Pharisees to point at why he forgave the sins of the paralysed but why didn't they look at the healing he had done
‎-God does not own a dustbin of people, your situation will definitely change
‎-Believe that Jesus is at work,do not mind people.
‎-Have the desire to serve him whatever it cost
‎-Have the heart to help those in need whatever it costs

‎-Prayer - A conversation between God and men, it's a two way conversation, we speak and God speaks back.
‎-We have to align ourselves, with the heart of God.
‎- ln Genesis God would go to Eden to have a conversation with Adam
‎-He is a friendly God, be free with him tell him everything.
‎-You can tell people your problems but it pays nothing, tell God
‎-We cannot hide anything from God, do not filter when praying
‎-When we pray it strengthens the relation between God and men and he keeps secrets
‎-Allow God to speak to you
‎-The more l talk to God, the closer l get to him
‎-Learn to pray Luke 11 - prayer can be learned, you don't start by running but you start by crawling then walk then run.
‎-Jesus is the lord but he prayed, so why don't you pray?
‎-When you pray ,Your prayer should have a destination point( Jesus taught the disciples to pray to God, the world prays to it's shrines and gods but we pray to the God Almighty
‎-Some songs are prayers that we are praying unknowingly
‎-We can only pray to our heavenly father who is in heaven,
‎-God created us to worship him
‎-God does not come via Elders /Deacons it's the traditional way, now we can present our case and God can hear us
‎-Prayer has no age group, it's for everyone
‎-Prayer breaks chains (Acts 16), generational curses
‎-God hears men

‎*PRAYER Acronym*
‎*Praise - see his goodness, prayer cannot be stopped by chains..Paul and Silas in prison praised the Lord still. The word says let everything that has breathe praise him..be thankful
‎*Repetence - ask God for forgiveness first for all our sins so that he hears you when you pray. Sin comes to a person but God is there to cleanse us
‎-Humble yourself when you pray
‎-Even when you want to give an offering confess your sins first
‎*Ask - when we pray ask but not always. sometimes go before him thankfully. -Have a relationship with him. We ask because he is my father but not always
‎-Make him your friend, be joyful be informal be at ease with him
‎-Don't be afraid of God he doesn't want to be feared, he wants to be loved
‎-Ask him anything
‎-When you are done praying you should feel satisfied
‎-Ask God to lead your way and he will save you
‎*Yield /Surrender - submit everything to him.
‎-When we pray we say according to your will. His will is sometimes painful but the good thing is he sees our tomorrow
‎-He will never let you get lost
‎-You may not know what's going on but he'll take care of you
‎-The word says under his wings we are safe
‎-Satan wants our life and God wants it too
‎-A worshipper doesn't think about what sorrounds him, you focus on your God
‎-Get lost in the presence of God
‎-When we worship, don't be a spectator
‎- The word says 24 elders go before the throne of grace and worship him
‎-God knows our tomorrow, he knows our trials and tribulations. He is the Alpha and Omega
‎-A worshipper doesn't praise himself, submit to him. it's not about yourself it's about God
‎-Worship can change your tomorrow, wars can be fought with worship
‎-You control everything through worship

‎-When Jesus was on earth he was like his disciples in dressing, walking etc. He was a simple man. They had to use kiss to identify him.
‎-Nothing could stop Jesus from coming back to life.
‎-There are some with the spirit of Judas, the spirit to betray and to destroy
‎-Not everyone who smiles at you likes you, be able to discern like Jesus did when Judas kissed him. Not every kiss shows love.
‎-Jesus is the Alpha and Omega, at the mention of his name every knee bows down
‎-We have been given the power to overcome evil sprits to all who have received Christ
‎-We do not fight against flesh and blood but against principalities
‎-Death could not hold him, he conquered death!
‎-Jesus had no sin at all when they wanted to judge him.
‎-We want to get into a season where the world finds no fault within us
‎-He was crucified for our sins, he could have simply called angels to fight for him but he did not
‎-Jesus was not killed by the cross, he submitted his soul
‎-Jesus had nothing on earth, he came for people. Even the grave he was put in was Joseph's
‎-They closed the grave with a rock not knowing Jesus is the rock
‎-There are monitoring spirits looking at your life to see where you are going just as people were looking at Jesus' grave
‎-Jesus is not a man who lies, what he says and promises is fulfilled without fail
‎-When God gives me an assignment even generational curses and evil sprits cannot hold me back
‎- Whatever limitations have been put on your life by men, with Jesus all can be broken and conquered
‎-Men's calenders and time are not God's
‎-Men can put pressure on you for marriage, a job but when the time is right the Lord will make it happen
‎-Do not lust for what is not yours, it's better to have God than the riches of the world
‎-Despite the big rock which was at Jesus' grave, the women rose early and went still - Continue to pray even when things seem difficult
‎-There are certain rocks which should be removed in your life. Do not worry about who is going to remove the rock
‎- Jesus is the rock!
‎-When the women arrived at the grave, they found the grave open. The rock was removed
‎- You will find closed doors open in your life
‎-The guards by the entrance were asleep. There are certain people who should sleep for you to get married, start a business, to finish building that house
‎- Jesus is alive and he is not looked for amongst the dead
‎-May those in confusion encounter an angelic visitation just as the women when they were looking for Jesus
‎-Before Jesus died he would knock on doors to enter but after he rose from the dead he is now now omnipresent. Nothing can stop him

‎-As Jesus is passing by, lay your situation unto him before he leaves
‎- Continue to persevere in the Lord, your situation will change
‎-Be sensitive to the things of God like Bartimaeus did as Jesus was passing by
‎- There is nothing impossible with Jesus
‎- Lay your situation unto Jesus ( stagnant business, unfruitfulness, premature death, marriage)
‎- Be able to draw Jesus' attention, do whatever you can - Bartimaeus called out till Jesus heard him
‎- Do not be influenced by people to be quite, continue to call unto Jesus
‎- When Jesus heard Bartimaeus, their language changed. The silencers now helped him get to Jesus.
‎-Do it differently till Jesus attends to you
‎-Pray for acceleration. Those who wished stagnancy on your life will be used to help you get to Jesus.
