If I were your teacher, and teaching you 1+1=2 everyday, it would be very unfair to you. Why? Because it is NOT the only reason you are in school for. Some of the problems you will face will be 2-1 or 2x1 or ½. They all require different answers. That is why even in church the preacher does not focus only on salvation and repentance alone. When you have these two, you still have to have the other aspects as well that makes you a balanced christian. You need miracles at times, and if your pocket is bankrupt, your christian life sucks because all you ever think is what you dont have. So as we embrace the word of God get hold of that which makes you balanced

Usually as human beings we all have thoughts and feelings let alone conclusions and predictions from the events that mark our very own lives. It is a priviledge and honour this day to show forth what my mind has been pondering. It is said out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
I have of late been loving wisdom and I sought more. Now the present life is unpredictible, but to a mature christian life on this earth goes on a pattern that is prescribed by the Lord. This means to say if you are unsure of your life's events go check what the word of the Lord says. In Jeremiah the Lord explicitly says I have good thoughts for you. Now that gives us so much guarantee of a good year. Covid or no covid your life is filled with joy unspeakable, success is all yours. All things are working for your goodness. You cant be disadvantaged. Because we know that God is good . Psalms 90:1 Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. He is our centre of refuge and in times of need and Psalms 20:2 Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
But besides all this rapture is very much close by. Uncertainty of the datings because it is not for me to know but I have personally seen it coming... It is controvercial but it is the word of God. Its high time to wake out of sleep. Check the parable of the ten virgins concerning the day.

Breaking the grip of poverty in our life times.

Poverty has wrecked havoc in Africa. But there is more that God says concerning poverty. Jesus himself acknowledged that the poor you will always have them. So this means nomatter how developed a nation is, porvety stricken people will always be in communities. But good news to the poor in African countries and abroad. The bible says:
Isaiah 61v1 THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound. AMP
The bible expressly says poverty is erradicated by the creative word of God.
To the man Joshua, God says,"This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good [b]success."Joshua 1v8(Amp).
The only authenticated sure way of getting out of poverty according to God is speaking the word in season and out of season. The moment you start speaking fear and uncertainty, everything in the line and nature of fear starts gravitating towards you. The moment the language of the world comes from your mouth then every negative spirit starts looking for you and locating you. The day you stop saying "pakaipa " frequently your life starts changing.
Let the poor say I am rich.
Let the blind say I see.
Let the sick say I am healed...

*five reasons why knowing the WORD of God is important :

1. Source of spiritual growth 1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

2. Source of faith Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

3. Makes prayers effective. John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

4. Gives us an inheritance Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

Growing in Christ.
Church is not any building but we the believers. The moment two or three people gather in the name of Jesus, the Master is already there Matthew 18v20
THEME: Colossians 2vs 7-8.
Let us grow in Christ.
Main points
1.verse 6.Growing in Christ comes with the relationship with Jesus.Proverbs4vs18."But the path of the just is as shining light,that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
2.Let us build our relationship with Christ.As sons of God we should be imitators of Christ.1Jn2 vs 6" he that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk,even as he walked.Eph5 vs 1-2 be imitators of Christ...
2cor5vs 7" for we walk by faith not by sight"
3.verse 7.be deeply Rooted
Let us sink our roots deeper in knowing God and the word. For from the roots we get a strong foundation.
4.Built up in him.
Constantly growing in the lord. It's a process by reading the word of God.

INTEGRITY

Many times we look at our present state of economy and "get used" to the way things are. The use of money for goods and service sometimes and many times those that ought not to be paid for eg getting a birth certificate, drivers licence etc. This has a common term corruption. I have discovered that many Christians always fall prey to such. As much as possible we ought to walk in integrity and truthfulness in all endeavors. Acts 8 talks about one Simon who was once a sorcerer and got born again, but upon realising a unique power of God that he had never experienced, he thought of buying the free gift. The gene of corruption is always deep within each one of us, but how do you deal with it?
You need to grow up in your spirituality. Don't be tossed to and fro by any kind of doctrine, be firm in the word of God, deeply rooted in the love of God. What shall separate you from the love of Christ? Stand firm in his love and you will walk in integrity all the days of your life. Emulate other great men of God of old who could not be changed or moved by circumstances in their lives. When it came to bro Job, he finished strong, Martyr Stephen, John the Baptist and the list goes on and on... Walk in integrity today

Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

The only thing that the bible says pleases God, is in this verse highlighted as a profession we ought to keep. Today make it a must to grow your faith in Christ Jesus for it is the only thing that will make your election sure.
The just lives by faith so you need that faith today . faith that moves mountains, that is immovable, the God kind of faith that does not look at the situation around you, what you have gone through, who you are , but the Holy Ghost Faith that says no matter what I am a child of the King, I have the mind of God! God has good plans for me. Glory to God

For you to fully function in an office you need a covering from outside dangers so as to explore your potential.Elijah was Elisha's mantle.There are tests you have to go through before a mantle comes your way.Elijah pushed away Elisha several times so as the sons of the prophets.You are dangerous to the devil just because you have a mantle therefore you are on the hunt for every simple mistake you make. . Points to consider. -mantles are not for lazy people. -mantles are not for timid and fearful people. -mantles are for sons. -mantles are passed on.
