Unmerited favor is undeserved kindness, grace, charm and in Greek it is called Charis and in Hebrew Chen.Noah found chen in the eyes of the Lord. He didnot negotiate for this favor.He found it as a gift. It was not his own doing. It was a gift given without prior merit.

The Bible says For by grace, you have been saved through faith. And it is not your own doing, it is a gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one can boast. .Through faith, we receive it by trusting , not by earning. When you receive such grace let it be not of yourselves, we need to shut the door of pride because its origin is hundred percent God.

We were saved by grace , through faith. He saved us, not beacause of works, but according to His Mercy, so that being justified by His grace we might become heirs.Titus3:5-7.
God saved us and called us, not beacause of our works, but because of His own purpose and grace, which He gaveus in Christ Jesus before the ages begun. God planned it before we did anything good or bad..

All have sinned... and are justified by His Grace as a gift. We didnot earn this verdict ,Christ , The judge himself extended favor to us.
Favor is not fair.

There are certain battles in life that do not respond to ordinary effort, natural wisdom, or casual prayer. They require a deeper level of spiritual authority, one that is activated through prayer and fasting. Jesus revealed this truth to His disciples when they encountered a situation they could not overcome. It was not a lack of power in God, but a lack of spiritual depth in them. The scripture tells us that some situations are “this kind,” meaning they are stubborn, resistant, and spiritually rooted. They will not move just because you are emotional, or because you desire change. They move when a believer steps into a higher level of consecration through prayer and fasting.

This Fasting is not a punishment; it is a positioning. It is the believer telling the flesh to sit down so the spirit can rise. Prayer without consecration can become words without weight. But when prayer is strengthened by fasting, it becomes a weapon of breakthrough. God is calling His children back to spiritual discipline. Not just desire for breakthrough, but willingness to pay the spiritual price.

Prophetic Action:
Set aside time to seek God in prayer and fasting. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any “this kind” situation in your life and commit it into His hands. Surrender distractions and intentionally pursue spiritual sensitivity over physical comfort.

Today, we honour and celebrate our spiritual mother, Prophetess Mary Bushiri.

Prophetess Mary Bushiri ,thank you for being a true mother to us, a woman whose life continues to teach us what it means to love God wholeheartedly, to stand firm in faith and to carry the burden of the Kingdom with grace and courage.

You are a woman on fire, a woman of prayer, a woman of wisdom and a vessel through whom many have found strength, direction, restoration and hope. Your sacrifice, your consistency, your love for God and your passion for His people have left an indelible mark on generations.

Thank you for covering us, for believing in us, for correcting us, for encouraging us and for continually pointing us back to Christ. Your motherhood extends far beyond words, it is felt in the lives you have touched and the destinies you have helped shape.
