No one knows the day or the hour of Christ’s return. However, Scripture speaks of a season when "birth pains" intensify, signaling that the King is at the door. As Jesus challenged in Matthew 16:3, "You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times."
We live in an era where "wars and rumors of wars" are no longer distant reports, but live-streamed realities. Global tensions and persistent upheavals serve as a sobering reminder of the fragility of this present age.
Beyond the battlefields, a quieter, more intimate upheaval is taking place: the normalization of immorality. We see a shifting moral compass where ancient boundaries regarding sexuality and the sanctity of life are not just questioned, but discarded—echoing the days of S***m and Gomorrah.
Simultaneously, the rapid advancement of technology presents a dual reality. While it allows the Gospel to reach every corner of the globe, the rise of AI poses unique risks. By promoting unbiblical content and fostering a digital "omniscience," it threatens to create an idolatrous dependence on algorithms rather than on God.
Yet, the imminent return of Christ is not a message of despair, but one of urgent hope. For those watching the horizon, these signs are a call to readiness. As Luke 21:28 reminds us: "When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.
