Broken Curses, Bowing Patterns

*Text: Galatians 3:13, Romans 12:2, Joshua 1:8*
*Theme: Know the difference so you fight the right battle*

*Intro*
Good morning family in Christ!
We’re quick to say “it’s a generational curse” when rent is late, marriage is dry, or anger flares up. But not every bad cycle is a demon. Some are just bad habits that got promoted to “curse” status.

If you fight a pattern like it’s a curse, you’ll pray 3 days and still lose. If you fight a curse like it’s a pattern, you’ll read 10 books and still be bound. Today, discernment will save you years.

*1. Know the Enemy: Curse vs Pattern*
*Curse = Empowered to fail.* Spiritual legal bo***ge from sin, idolatry, witchcraft, covenants, disobedience. Enemy has “court evidence” against your family.
*Pattern = Learned to fail.* Behavior, mindset, habit passed through upbringing and culture. No court case. Just repetition.

*Illustration 1: The Prison vs The Track*
A curse is like prison chains on your legs. You want to run forward, but something pulls you back every time. A pattern is like running on the same track your daddy ran on. Nobody chained you. You just never saw another road.

*Illustration 2: The Leaking Roof vs The Open Door*
A curse is a roof that leaks every rainy season, no matter who lives in the house. The house itself is under a verdict. A pattern is leaving your door open every night, then blaming “house demons” when thieves come in. Close the door, family.

*Illustration 3: Software Virus vs Bad Settings*
A curse is a virus in your phone’s operating system. Factory reset by the blood of Jesus is the only fix. A pattern is having your brightness set to 1% and complaining “my phone is dark.” Change the setting. Renew the mind.

*2. Know the Answer for Curses: Run to the Cross*
Curses have no power over a believer in Christ. Jesus became the curse for us.
*“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us.”* Galatians 3:13 NKJV

*Illustration 1: Court Case Dismissed*
Imagine you’re in court with 200 years of family debt. The judge says “Guilty.” Then Jesus walks in, pays the debt, tears up the file, and says “Case dismissed.” That’s Calvary. You don’t keep paying what the blood already covered.

*Illustration 2: Deed to the House*
A curse is like someone holding the title deed to your family house illegally. Jesus went to the land registry, canceled their claim, and put His name on the deed. “He disarmed the rulers… by triumphing over them in him.” Col 2:15. The house is yours now. Occupy it.

*Illustration 3: Vaccine vs Treatment*
You don’t treat smallpox with vitamins. You need a vaccine. Curses are spiritual viruses. Prayer + fasting are good, but redemption is the vaccine. Confess, renounce, apply the blood. The legal claim dies at the Cross.

*3. Know the Answer for Patterns: Renew Your Mind*
Patterns bow to awareness + wisdom + discipline + God’s Word.
*“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”* Romans 12:2 NIV
*“Meditate on it day and night, then you shall make your way prosperous.”* Joshua 1:8 NKJV

*Illustration 1: Dirt Road vs Highway*
My bloodline: “We don’t talk, we act.” For years I thought silence was strength. Then marriage showed me silence was destruction. I had to learn new language like a man learning to drive on a highway after only knowing dirt roads. Awkward at first. Natural later.

*Illustration 2: Garden Weeds vs Bad Seeds*
Poverty mindset is like planting maize but expecting mangoes. You keep sowing “we’re just poor people” and wonder why your harvest is small. Renewal is uprooting that seed and planting “God supplies all my needs” Phil 4:19. Water it daily with budgeting, saving, investing.

*Illustration 3: Muscle Memory*
Boxers don’t learn to dodge punches in one prayer session. They drill it 10,000 times until their body reacts right. Anger, divorce cycle, poor communication… those are muscle memory. You break them by practicing God’s way until new habits become reflex.

*Conclusion + Altar Call*
Family, Jesus already broke the curse at Calvary. The chains are off.

Now we must deal with the patterns. Stop calling demons what wisdom can fix. Stop trying to discipline what only the blood can break.

You are not doomed by your last name. You are defined by your Father’s name.

*Prayer*: Father, open our eyes. Show us curses to renounce and patterns to renew. We run to the Cross for freedom, and we submit to Your Word for transformation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Go break cycles. Build legacy. Have a blessed week!

*JUNE: A MONTH WITH A DIFFERENCE*

*Theme: Great Hope in God – Your Testimony Is Near*

*Anchor Verse*
*“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”* — Jeremiah 29:11

Family, welcome to June. We’re standing at the halfway line of 2026. Take a breath and look back. Some prayers got “yes” already. Some are still in God’s oven, baking for the right time.

But this is not the season to lose heart. God is whispering to His children: “I haven’t forgotten you. I’m still working, even when you can’t see it.” Behind the scenes, angels are moving. Doors are shifting. Setups are happening for your testimony.

June is a month of renewed hope, divine intervention, and supernatural testimonies. The same God who carried you through January’s tears, February’s bills, March’s disappointments, April’s attacks, and May’s delays… will not abandon you now.

*What looked like delay is not denial.* God’s clock is not slow, it’s precise.
*What looked impossible is not final.* With God, impossible just means “waiting for His turn.”

*Key Scriptures to Carry All Month*
1. *Romans 15:13*
_“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”_
Hope is not wishful thinking. It’s fuel. The Holy Spirit turns trust into joy, peace, and overflow.

2. *Psalm 126:3*
_“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.”_
Before June gives you new things, thank God for the “great things” He’s already done. Gratitude opens the door for more.

3. *Isaiah 43:19*
_“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”_
God is already planting something new. Don’t miss it because you’re staring at the old dry ground. Look up. Perceive it.

*Month Igniter: Why June Is Different*
June is not just “month 6” on your phone. It’s a divine appointment.

The battles you faced Jan–May do not write the ending of your year. Your January pain is not your December portion.

God is a story-changer. He specializes in 3 things:
1. *Opening closed doors* - The job that said “no”, the womb that said “wait”, the visa that said “denied”… God can flip it.
2. *Healing broken places* - Hearts, marriages, finances, health. Where man says “irreparable”, God says “I restore.”
3. *Restoring lost time + opportunities* - Joel 2:25 style. Years the cankerworm ate, God is paying back with interest.

*Guard your expectation this month.*
Disappointment is a thief. It tells you “nothing will change” because January–May was hard. But the Lord is able to do in 1 moment what 6 months of human effort could not achieve. One encounter. One call. One open door. One touch.

So keep praying. Keep believing. Keep serving faithfully, even when it’s quiet. Faithfulness in the waiting room positions you for the testimony room.

*This month, set your expectation on God for:*
1. *Divine favor* where doors have been locked for years. Favor makes room for you where qualifications can’t.
2. *Healing* where there has been pain — emotional, physical, relational. God is Jehovah Rapha.
3. *Provision* where there has been lack. The God who fed 5000 with 5 loaves still multiplies.
4. *Restoration* where there has been loss. Lost jobs, lost peace, lost years, lost relationships — God restores.
5. *Testimonies* that will glorify God. Stories so loud your enemies will say “Surely the Lord has done this.”

*Prophetic Declaration Over June*
June shall be a month with a difference in Jesus’ name!
The Lord will surprise you with His goodness. Sudden help. Sudden open doors. Sudden breakthroughs.

Your tears shall turn into testimonies.
Your waiting shall turn into celebration.
Your prayers shall turn into praise.
What has seemed impossible shall bow to the power of God.

*“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”* — Isaiah 40:31

*Welcome to June*
— Your month of great hope, divine visitation, and remarkable testimonies in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Step into June with your head up, hands open, and heart expectant. The second half of your year will not be like the first. God is not done with you.

🔥 Evangelism with Fire

Acts 2:1–4 — “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

---

1. The Fire of the Holy Spirit
- Evangelism without the Spirit is empty words; with the Spirit, it becomes life-changing power.
- Fire purifies, energizes, and spreads — so must our witness.
- Example: Peter, once fearful, became bold after Pentecost.

---

2. The Urgency of the Gospel
- Souls are perishing daily; evangelism is not optional but urgent.
- Fire spreads quickly — so must the message of salvation.
- Jeremiah 20:9: “His word was in my heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones…”

---

3. The Boldness of Witness
- Fire makes us fearless. True evangelism requires courage to speak truth in love.
- The apostles faced persecution but declared, “We cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:20)

---

4. The Fruit of Evangelism
- Fire produces light — evangelism brings souls out of darkness.
- At Pentecost, 3,000 souls were added in one day.
- Evangelism with fire brings revival, transformation, and growth.

---

5. The Call to Action
- Every believer is a carrier of fire.
- Evangelism is not for pastors alone — it’s the heartbeat of every Christian.
- Let your fire burn in your family, workplace, community, and nation.

---

💡 Closing Charge:
“Lord, set me on fire for You, that the world may watch me burn with passion for souls.”

Greetings Children of the Most High God.

"Do Not Follow Evil Patterns"

“Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?” — 2 Corinthians 6:14

As children of God, we are called to live differently from the world. Many people lose their spiritual direction, blessings, and breakthroughs because they slowly begin to follow evil patterns, ungodly habits, and destructive influences. God did not call His people to blend with darkness, but to shine as light.

This day may carry your breakthrough, your answer, your testimony, or your open door. But the enemy often uses wrong associations, bad company, compromise, and sinful patterns to delay or destroy what God is preparing for you.

1. Evil Patterns Corrupt Destiny
The world may normalize sin, dishonesty, immorality, bitterness, drunkenness, gossip, pride, and rebellion against God. But believers must not imitate such patterns.

The Bible says:
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind...” — Romans 12:2

When you constantly follow worldly patterns, your spiritual sensitivity becomes weak. You begin to lose prayer power, peace, discernment, and eventually your breakthrough.

2. Wrong Company Can Delay Your Breakthrough

Some people carry negative influence. Their words weaken faith, destroy vision, and pull believers away from God.
“Bad company corrupts good character.” — 1 Corinthians 15:33

You cannot expect divine elevation while walking with people who celebrate darkness. A child of God must choose relationships carefully.

This does not mean hating unbelievers, but it means refusing to participate in ungodly lifestyles and destructive behaviors.

3. You Are Set Apart

God has chosen you to be different.
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession...” — 1 Peter 2:9
You carry divine identity. Your speech, conduct, attitude, and decisions must reflect Christ. When others compromise, you must stand firm. When others give up, you must continue trusting God.

Holiness is not punishment; it is protection for your destiny.

4. Guard Your Breakthrough

Sometimes breakthroughs are lost because people open doors to temptation, wrong places, wrong conversations, and wrong influences.

Today:
-Avoid ungodly environments
-Stay prayerful
-Guard your heart
-Speak life
-Stay connected to God
-Walk in obedience

The enemy attacks most when your blessing is near.

“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.” — Psalms 34:17

5. Walk as Light
Jesus called believers the light of the world. Darkness should never overpower your faith.
“You are the light of the world...” — Matthew 5:14
Even when society embraces evil, remain faithful. God honors those who stand for righteousness.

Lets protect our spiritual territory by doing what is good in God's eyes.

Good bless you All.

UNDERSTAND THE DOCTRINE OF YOUR CHIURCH BY SEARCHING SCRIPTURES

*CHRISTIAN PENTECOST REVIVAL CHURCH*

Here’s what the name declares about who we are and what God has called us to do:

1. *Christian* – _Who we belong to_

*Meaning*: A follower of Jesus Christ. The name “Christian” first appeared in Antioch *Acts 11:26* and means “little Christ” or “belonging to Christ.”

*What it means for us*:
We are not just a religious group. We are people saved, named, and owned by Jesus Christ.
*Acts 4:12* – _“There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”_

*Our identity*: Christ-centered in doctrine, worship, and lifestyle. Everything we do points back to Him *Col 3:17*.

2. *Pentecost* – _How we operate_

*Meaning*: Pentecost was the 50th day after Passover when the Holy Spirit was poured out on 120 disciples in the upper room *Acts 2:1-4*.

*What it means for us*:
We believe the same Holy Spirit is still available today. We are a Spirit-filled, Spirit-led church.
*Acts 1:8* – _“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses.”_

*Our experience*:
- Baptism in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues *Acts 2:4*
- Operation of the 9 gifts of the Spirit *1 Cor 12:4-11*
- Life and ministry empowered by the Spirit, not just human effort *Zech 4:6*

*Pentecost* tells people: We don’t just preach about God, we expect to encounter Him.

3. *Revival* – _What we carry and pursue_

*Meaning*: Revival = to bring back to life, to restore, to awaken. It’s God breathing on what was dry, dead, or asleep.

*What it means for us*:
We exist to see hearts, families, communities, and nations awakened to God.
*Psalm 85:6* – _“Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?”_

- *Corporate revival*: The church coming alive in prayer, holiness, and power *Acts 2:42-47*
- *National revival*: Impacting society with the Gospel until God is known *2 Chron 7:14*

*Revival* tells people: We are not content with routine. We are hungry for God to move again.

4. *Church* – _Who we are together_

*Meaning*: “Church” comes from _ekklesia_ – “called out ones.” It’s not a building, it’s people called out of darkness into God’s kingdom *1 Pet 2:9*.

*What it means for us*:
We are a family, a body, a spiritual house.
*Eph 2:19-22* – _“You are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God… built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.”_

*Our function*:
- Worship God
- Build up believers
- Reach the lost
- Demonstrate the Kingdom

---

*Put it all together*:

*Christian Pentecost Revival Church* means:

_A people who belong to Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit as on the day of Pentecost, burning with a mandate to see personal, corporate, and national revival, gathered together as God’s called-out family to glorify Him and advance His Kingdom._

*Tagline idea*:
_"Christ-Centered. Spirit-Filled. Revival-Minded."_

Always pray and don't give up. God can change your entire life in a single moment.

When prayer feels like echoing in empty rooms.
When the waiting has stretched longer than your faith feels strong.
When you've whispered the same plea so many times the words feel worn thin.
When giving up seems easier than holding on.

There's something sacred about the space between asking and receiving. It's where your heart learns to trust what your eyes cannot yet see. Every prayer you've breathed into the silence hasn't fallen on deaf ears — it's been building something beautiful in the unseen places.

The enemy wants you to believe that unanswered prayers mean unheard prayers. But your Father is working in ways that transcend your timeline. He's orchestrating circumstances, preparing hearts, aligning moments that will one day converge in ways that take your breath away.

Your persistence isn't pestering Him — it's partnering with Him. Every time you choose to pray instead of worry, to hope instead of despair, you're declaring that His goodness is bigger than your current circumstances. You're saying yes to possibilities you can't even imagine yet.

You may see unanswered prayers
He sees perfect timing unfolding

You may see closed doors
He sees divine redirection

You may see delay
He sees preparation for something greater

Always pray and don't give up. God can change your entire life in a single moment.

Your breakthrough is brewing.
Your miracle has a date with destiny.
Keep praying.

THE ALTAR
The Place Where Heaven Meets Earth

On one side of the altar, fire falls from heaven upon sacrifice.

On the other side, fire falls upon people.

This is the story of Scripture.

From the Old Testament to the New Testament, God has always answered the altar with fire.

But something changed.

In the Old Covenant, the fire consumed animals.
In the New Covenant, the fire fills believers.

The altar was never merely about rituals.

It was always about encounter.

1. THE OLD TESTAMENT ALTAR: FIRE UPON THE SACRIFICE

Throughout the Old Testament, altars represented surrender, worship, covenant, and atonement.

When Elijah stood on Mount Carmel, Israel had turned away from God.

The nation was divided between worshipping God and worshipping Baal.

But Elijah rebuilt the broken altar.

“Then the fire of the Lord fell and burned up the sacrifice…” — 1 Kings 18:38

Notice this carefully:

The fire did not fall randomly.

It fell where sacrifice was prepared.

The altar became the meeting place between heaven and earth.

In the Old Testament:

Bulls were sacrificed
Lambs were offered
Blood was shed
Fire consumed offerings

These altars pointed toward something greater yet to come.

2. THE CROSS BECAME THE FINAL ALTAR

Every Old Testament altar was prophetic.

They all pointed toward Jesus Christ.

Jesus became:

The Lamb
The Sacrifice
The High Priest
AND the Altar of Redemption

At Calvary, heaven touched earth through the Cross.

The wrath against sin fell upon Christ so that mercy could fall upon humanity.

Hebrews declares that Christ offered Himself once and for all.

No more animal sacrifices were needed.

Why?

Because the perfect sacrifice had come.

3. IN THE NEW TESTAMENT, THE FIRE FALLS ON PEOPLE

In the Old Covenant, the fire fell on dead sacrifices.

But in the New Covenant, the fire falls on living believers.

At Pentecost in Acts 2, the disciples gathered together in prayer.

Suddenly:

“Tongues of fire… came to rest on each of them.”

This is powerful imagery.

In the Old Testament:

Fire consumed the offering

In the New Testament:

Fire transformed the worshipper

The altar shifted from stone altars to surrendered hearts.

Now believers become living altars carrying the presence of God.

Romans 12:1 says:

“Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice…”

God no longer merely desires sacrifices from people.

He desires people themselves.

4. MANY ALTARS TODAY HAVE NO FIRE

This is the tragedy of modern Christianity.

Many have:

Religion without fire
Worship without surrender
Churches without prayer
Songs without holiness
Gatherings without God’s presence

But throughout Scripture, fire was always the evidence of God’s approval and presence.

When the altar was pure, fire came.

The problem today is not that God stopped sending fire.

The problem is that many abandoned the altar.

5. THE HOLY SPIRIT STILL FALLS UPON HUNGRY HEARTS

God still baptizes believers with fire.

The Holy Spirit still transforms lives.

The same God who answered Elijah still moves today.

But heaven responds to surrender.

When believers:

Pray deeply
Repent sincerely
Worship passionately
Hunger for holiness
Yield fully to God

The fire comes again.

Not emotional hype.
Not performance.
But genuine spiritual fire.

The fire of the Holy Spirit:

Burns away sin
Purifies the heart
Ignites passion for God
Gives boldness
Releases spiritual power
6. YOU ARE NOW THE ALTAR

This is the deeper revelation.

The altar is no longer merely a place you visit.

In Christ, you become the altar.

Your heart becomes the dwelling place of God.

Your life becomes the offering.

Your worship becomes the incense rising before heaven.

The question is no longer:

“Where is the altar?”

The question is:

“What is burning on the altar of your life?”

CONCLUSION: LORD, SEND THE FIRE AGAIN

The image of fire falling on sacrifice and fire falling on believers tells the entire story of redemption.

The Old Testament reveals the need for sacrifice.

The New Testament reveals the power of transformation.

From Mount Carmel to Pentecost, God has always been searching for surrendered vessels.

Not empty religion.

Not performance.

But hearts fully yielded to Him.

The altar is still alive.

And when heaven finds a willing sacrifice, the fire still falls.

Lord, rebuild the altar in our hearts again.
Let dead religion burn away.
Let compromise be consumed.
Let passion for Jesus rise again.

And may the fire of the Holy Spirit fall upon this generation once more.

15/05/2026

Greetings to you Brethren.

Just to quicken your spirit.

“Be careful to obey all these words I command you, so that it may always go well with you and your children after you, because you will be doing what is good and right in the sight of the Lord your God.”
— Deuteronomy 12:28

Success is not merely the achievement of personal goals; it is the fulfillment of God’s divine purpose for your life. Prosperity is not measured only by material gain, but by heaven’s provision that empowers you to overcome challenges, influence lives, and advance the Kingdom of God.

Every battle you overcome prepares you for a greater assignment. Every season of testing develops spiritual endurance, wisdom, and strength for the next level. God never brings you out of one dimension only to leave you stagnant; He moves you from victory to victory, from strength to strength, and from glory to glory.

As you walk in obedience, faith, humility, and perseverance, you will rise above limitations and enter new realms of grace, favor, wisdom, and impact. The experiences of yesterday are not meant to break you, but to build capacity for tomorrow. Your journey with God is progressive — every step forward reveals a greater manifestation of His power and purpose in your life.

Do not fear difficult seasons. Trials are not signs of abandonment; they are opportunities for refinement. Gold is purified by fire, and faith is strengthened through testing. The pressure you face today is producing spiritual maturity, deeper character, and unwavering confidence in God.

The central message of this passage is that obedience to God produces progression in life. God’s intention is not for His children to live in cycles of defeat, fear, or stagnation, but to continually grow in spiritual strength, wisdom, influence, and purpose.
The phrase “from one glory to another” speaks of continuous transformation.

Each level of growth requires greater faith, discipline, and dependence on God. Spiritual maturity is not instant; it is developed through experiences, obedience, and endurance.

Romans 5:3–4 teaches that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance produces character, and character produces hope. This means that difficult moments are not wasted seasons — they are part of God’s process of preparing believers for greater responsibilities and blessings.

The message also emphasizes generational impact. Obedience does not bless only the individual; it establishes a legacy for children and future generations. When believers walk in righteousness and truth, they create spiritual foundations that benefit those who come after them.

Ultimately, moving from glory to glory means:
-Growing deeper in relationship with God
-Becoming stronger through trials
-Advancing in purpose and calling
-Reflecting more of Christ’s character
-Walking continually in divine progress rather than regression

No matter the current situation, God is able to elevate, strengthen, restore, and reposition those who remain faithful to Him.
