It is Finished!
Therefore in full assurance of the finished work of Jesus on our behalf at the cross, we praise our way out of struggles and hardships.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers them from them all. Our attitude is of a strong persuasion in the faith of Jesus, not our faith.
It is Jesus who had the faith that if he took your sins, you will not be judged for them.
It is Jesus who had the faith that if he became poor, you'll be rich.
It is Jesus who had the faith that if he was to bore your sickness and diseases, you will be healed.
It is Jesus who had the faith that if he was degraded, you'll be exalted.
It is Jesus who knew that if he was defeated on the cross, you'll be victorious in life.
We therefore live by the faith of the Son of God who loved us and died for us. In the face of difficulties and challenges, we ought to remember the faith of Jesus. We look away unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Look away from the problems. Look to Jesus and Him crucified.
Our praise and thanksgiving to God is an acknowledgment of that which Jesus said "it was finished", which is every evil that we might have to suffer. He came that we might have life and have it in abundance. It is the devil who came steal, kill and destroy. But we over come the devil by the blood of the Lamb (Jesus and him crucified) and the word of our testimony.
What is your testimony? We testify the finished work of Christ. We claim our victory over negative circumstances based on our persuasion of what Jesus accomplished.
We thank God about those accomplishments of Jesus on behalf, while we resist the devil's afflictions, because of those same accomplishments for which we praising God! We believe therefore we speak.
