It is with sadness that I share the news of the tragic passing on of our dear Vice General Overseer and Harare District Chairman Rev L Dukwara.

We are sending out our deepest condolences to Pastor T Dukwara’s family and Kuwadzana Church. At this difficult time we urge the church members to remain calm until investigations surrounding this sad incident are concluded by the police.

We also encourage members to avoid huge gatherings at the family home until further funeral arrangements are made and to avoid speculations at this stage.

Considering the position of the late Rev L Dukwara, the Executive Council of the church shall meet this afternoon and give further directions. Please bear with them as the members are coming from different places.
May his dear soul rest in peace.
