Good morning Goshen family,

Psalms 61:2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

In the above verse, King David cries out to God for strength during times of deep distress and despair. David uses a rock to symbolise God as a firm, unchanging foundation and refuge in the storm. When we faint, get stressed, or submerged by life's difficulties, let us run to God for comfort and divine help.
