To show that you are not sent from God, you just preach about corruptible things rather eternal life, which is the only aim of the gospel.

Believers must be rich in the wisdom and knowledge of God.
Not rich in money, cars, mansions, multi-million dollar companies, a very big *NOOOO*

But rich in the *wisdom and knowledge* of God, through the preaching of his true Gospel that Jesus Christ came to introduce.

*Question 2*
Through his poverty we might be rich in what?

He came down from heaven inorder to make his believers rich, so let us see from the scriptures that *they might be rich in what?*

Romans 11:33
O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

Ephesians 2:4
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Ephesians 2:7
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 3:8
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

Ephesians 3:16
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

For our sake.

For being in danger of hell eternal death, he came to introduce the new testament through his death to save the believers, for them not to perish.

*Question 1*

Let us look how rich he was and how he became poor?

Philippians 2:5-8 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, *thought it not robbery to be equal with God* :
But made himself of no reputation, and *took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men* :
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and *became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.*

*RICH*
Jesus Christ was rich in glory, his reputation was not like of men but he was equal with God.
He was above everything, for he created them.
AND he dwelleth in heaven above.

*Poor*
He took not robbery to be equal with God, but came down and fashion as a man. Although he is actually God of heaven he took the form of a servant, and humbled himself in human body unto death on the cross. That's how he became poor, he left his glory he used to live with in heaven and come to live as a servant on earth.

Many people they seems to misuse the scriptures.
Instead of addressing spiritual things they used it to address physical things.

Here is the act that CHRIST Jesus did for all believers. When he was rich, and then became poor for the sake of his believers.
