MARKETPLACE DISCIPLESHIP 🔥

“Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling… according to His own purpose and grace.” • 2 Timothy 1:9

God has not called believers to occupy church buildings only. He has called us to represent His Kingdom in every sphere of influence, where business is done, decisions are made, and lives are shaped.

Like Bezaleel, God equips His people with wisdom, understanding, skill, and creativity for excellence. Like Joseph, God’s presence makes His people prosperous, influential, and a blessing to everyone around them.

This month we are embracing our Kingdom assignment in the marketplace. We will seek God’s direction, follow His strategies, walk in excellence, and allow the work of our hands to glorify Him.

Your workplace is your mission field. Your business is a platform for Kingdom influence. Your profession is part of your calling.

🌿 THE POWER OF ENVIRONMENT 🌿

Your environment has the power to either promote or limit your growth. God called Abraham out of one environment before leading him into the place of His promise. Sometimes, obedience begins with leaving what is familiar and stepping into where God is calling you.

God blesses us so that we can become a blessing to others. As believers, we must cultivate the secret place, where we dwell in God’s presence, hear His voice, and grow in intimacy with Him. It is in His presence that we are strengthened, transformed, and equipped for His purpose.

Don’t depend on knowing God through someone else. Know Him for yourself. “Those who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” (Daniel 11:32)

Refuse to conform to the patterns of this world. Be intentional about the company you keep, the atmosphere you entertain, and the environment you create. Great leaders don’t just manage people, they create environments where others can encounter God, grow, and flourish.

🔥 I am a good environment.
🔥 I dwell in the secret place.
🔥 I hear God’s voice.
🔥 I am blessed to be a blessing.
🔥 I create an atmosphere where others can grow.

Colossians 2:6-7 reminds us to continue walking in Christ, rooted and built up in Him, established in the faith, and overflowing with thanksgiving.

Isaiah 61:1 reveals the purpose of God’s anointing:

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me…”

As disciples of Christ, we are anointed, called, and sent by God. However, our anointing is not meant for everyone. God has assigned specific people for us to reach, just as He has placed certain people in our lives whose anointing will strengthen and equip us.

The Lord has anointed us to proclaim the good news, bind up the brokenhearted, bring freedom to those in captivity, and share the hope found in Christ. Every believer has a God-given assignment, and every assignment has people connected to it.

My prayer for this season is that you and I would fully function in the anointing God has placed upon our lives. As we go and make disciples of all nations, may we walk with boldness, wisdom, and confidence in the Holy Spirit. May God connect us with those He has called us to minister to, and may we faithfully fulfill the purpose for which He has sent us.

May we remain rooted in Christ, walk in obedience, and allow His Spirit to work through us for His glory.
