James 1:27 (KJV) Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

More often than not we find ourselves leaving the orphans and the weak ones vulnerable. We are supposed to defend them and cover them from the world.
Dear God help me to never leave the weak to defend themselves. But help me to cover and protect them from the unjust.

But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

When we do bad we go in hiding. We know what we will be doing brings shame both to us and God.
Heavenly Father I ask your Spirit to always keep me in the right
