THE ARCHDIOCESE OF NDOLA CATHOLIC MEN'S LEAGUE FORMATORS TRAINING

Casting the Net Wide: Empowering Our Formators to Ignite Hearts
On this beautiful feast of May 25th, the Archdiocese of Ndola Catholic Men's League Leadership gathered at the vibrant Sacred Heart Parish in Kitwe for a transformative Formators Seminar.
Guided by the divine call to "cast the net wide," this gathering wasn't just about training-it was about fueling a movement. We are paving the way for a new dawn, inspiring a multitude of men to step forward, answer the call, and dedicate their lives to the service of God.

A Unified Vision for the Future
By equipping our Formators today, we are laying a solid, unified foundation for tomorrow. This seminar marks a historic step toward:
Coordinated and Harmonized Training: Ensuring every novice across the length and breadth of the Archdiocese of Ndola receives the same deep, spiritually enriching formation.
Strengthened Brotherhood: Building a resilient network of leaders who lead by example and faith.
Spiritual Mobilization: Igniting a fire in the hearts of Catholic men to stand up as pillars of faith, family, and community.
"Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes." - Isaiah 54:2
Let us continue to pray for our Formators and the novices they will guide. Together, under one coordinated vision, we are building a stronger, more vibrant Catholic Men's League.

To the Brothers of the Catholic Men's League, Mansa Cathedral Parish, and across the Nation,
What a profound joy and blessing to witness the vibrant growth of the Catholic Men's League (CML)! Your dedicated service as the protocol staff during the Solemnity of Pentecost—with the Apostolic Nuncio as the main Celebrant alongside Bishop Chisanga—is a powerful testament to your commitment to the Church.
Receiving special blessings from the Apostolic Nuncio is not just an honor; it is a divine affirmation of your mission and a spark to fuel your journey forward.
As the CML continues to grow rapidly across the country, let these words encourage your hearts:
Men of Faith and Action: Like the Apostles on Pentecost, you have been equipped with the Holy Spirit to lead, serve, and protect. Your presence as protocol staff reflects the order, dignity, and reverence you bring to the house of God.
Pillars of the Church and Family: Your rapid growth across the nation is proof that men are rising to their calling. You are becoming the spiritual anchors your families, parishes, and communities need.
A Growing Brotherhood: As your numbers multiply, so does your impact. Let this momentum inspire you to continue mentoring the youth, supporting your shepherds—Bishop Chisanga and your parish priests—and standing united in faith.

May the fire of the Holy Spirit received this Pentecost continue to burn brightly in your hearts. Keep marching forward, CML! Your growth is a blessing to the entire Church.
St. Joseph, Patron of Christian Men – Pray for us! 🌟💫🎉👏💕😊

Called to Stand as Pillars of Faith: Care, Mercy, and Labour🙏✨
What a profound joy it is to witness the spiritual growth of the Catholic Men’s League (CML) across our communities! The recent Commissioning Ceremony serves as a beautiful reminder of what happens when men step forward out of the background to answer God's call, fully prepared to lead, protect, and serve.
Under the spiritual guidance of Fr. Alexander Chanda Chimpusa (Dean/CML Chaplain) of Luanshya Deanary, who celebrated the holy Mass, we witnessed a powerful gathering of devotion. The beautifully aligned voices of the Yangeni Choir from St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Mikomfwa elevated the liturgy, reminding us that we are called to work together in unity to praise the Almighty.
A Message of Strength from Leadership
Reflecting on this milestone, our Archdiocese of Ndola Catholic Men's League Chairman, Brother George Mulenga, reminds us that commissioning is not a final destination—it is a launching pad for active ministry. Brother Mulenga continues to urge all Catholic men to rise to the occasion, saying:
"True leadership is rooted in charity, humility, and presence. As Catholic men, we are called to be the silent pillars of our families and parishes—modeling our lives after our Patron, St. Joseph. Let us not be Christians of convenience, but men of action who actively participate in the evangelization mission of the Church."
Living Our Motto Every Day
As we reflect on the intercessions offered through the patrons of the day—St. Anthony of Padua, St. Charles Boromeo, and St. Monica—let us challenge ourselves to internalize the core pillars of the CML:
❤️ CARE: To safeguard, support, and show genuine concern for the needs of our families and the marginalized.
🕊️ MERCY: To lead our homes and communities with compassion, forgiveness, and steadfast love.
💪 LABOUR: To embrace the true dignity of hard work, offering our time and talents to build the Church and better society.
To all the newly commissioned and existing members across the Archdiocese of Ndola and beyond: May you continue to set the pace with unwavering integrity. Let us step out without hesitation, because when strong men pray, families thrive and the Church grows.
Saint Joseph, Pray for us! 🌟
