Team Building is the secret to a Successful organization. To be successful in Leadership you need to build and invest in those who can take over and run with the Vision. don't raise follows but raise Leaders who can stand independently.
1. Always be content with your position
2. Work hard to build others to become like you
3. Don't be insecure that some one will take your position, there is nothing which is permanent
4. Love the people you are leading and treat them to have a reason to report for work the next day.
5. Don't raise people who are always dependant on you. Mature them to stand on Thier own.
