GO BEYOND BOUNDARIES 4

MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 10:16 - "To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man's line of things made ready to our hand."

We read about Elizabeth the mother of John the Baptist who went beyond the boundaries of the usual things when she was to name her son, She refused to follow the traditions of naming after the father's name but chose to follow the Lord's instructions.

The scripture says when her full time came to deliver, she gave birth to a son. And now, it happened that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child [as required by the Law], and they intended to name him Zacharias, after his father, but his mother responded and said, “No; he shall be called John.” And they said to her, “There is no one among your relatives who is called by this name.” (See Luke 1:57-63).

Yes, no one in the family has given a name outside the circle of the norm but Elizabeth broke the barrier of the family circle, she did something different.... She did what no one has ever done before.... She called her son John as instructed by the Lord without any fear, a name that no one has ever named in their family, both in her husband and hers.

She wasn't bothered about what people would say, she wasn't afraid of what they would do, she didn't care about humans opinion.... All that mattered was what God had told them. Many are not entering into what God has told them to do because they are pleasing men.

Paul says, "For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ." (Galatians 1:10). The moment you begin to please men, you lose favour with God. Life is all about pleasing God, true happiness is in pleasing God and true fulfillment is about pleasing God.

Child of God, if you want to go beyond boundaries, you must stop trying to please men and do not stress yourself over what people will say, but follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I thank you for another opportunity to experience your amazing work of grace today. Help me dear Holy Spirit to do things that will only be pleasing to the Father in Jesus name, Amen.

You can't go beyond boundaries when you continue to do things the same way everyone does, when you are regular, and when you continue to use the same method of doing things that have not been favourable or adding value or producing positive results.

For you to go beyond boundaries you must do the UNUSUAL things and for you to do the UNUSUAL things you must first of all, start by changing your MINDSET ... Your ways of thinking and viewing things. "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" (Romans 12:2).

In order word, Change the way you think... it's an error to be in Christ and be foolish in thinking because Christ is wisdom specified and you ought to have wisdom in Him if you are spending quality time with him.

Remember that your association rubs on you. So if you are associating with Christ all the time, your mind set on Him, his character will rub on you. You will be thinking like Him, talking like Him, acting like Him and getting the same results as Him.

Certainly, you will not do the common things because the wisdom of Christ in you will inspire you to function in a way no one has ever been able to function. It may be that never have anyone gotten to certain levels in your family, never have anyone gone beyond a certain school level, no one has gotten to a high level profile in life before, you will break the code.

Whatever boundaries that have been set up today you have to be ready to go beyond those boundaries, refuse to end where everyone has been ending. You are a child of the Most High God, therefore you can't end up like every other person.

PRAYER
Thank you my heavenly Father for the grace to do the unusual, I therefore arise this day from mediocre and begin to break new grounds in Jesus name, Amen.

GO BEYOND BOUNDARY 2

MEMORY VERSE: - Micah 2:13 - “He who opens the breach goes up before them; they break through and pass the gate, going out by it. Their king passes on before them, the Lord at their head"

Whether they be Personal boundary, family boundary, cultural and traditional boundaries, or marital boundary that has been placed to restrict you access to your next level in life, you can conquer them all because your God is with you and "If God be for us, who can be against us?" Romans 8:31. Oh, yes, if the creator of the ends of the earth is for us, who is that person born of human, who is that force, nor barrier that can stand against us... Absolutely none.

Wherefore, our memory verse tells us, "The breaker [the Messiah, who opens the way] shall go up before them [liberating them]. They will break out, pass through the gate and go out; So their King goes on before them, The Lord at their head.” AMP Of course, the enemy may have put a breach, a boundary, a stumbling block or a barrier to prevent the righteous from going beyond the level they are at but they will always fail because the breach breaker, their *Lord and Master 'The Messiah'* goes before them; breaking every breach and gates, breaking down every walls of partition that stands against them.

As a result, no gate can restrict them, nothing can stand on their way and nothing can stop them from going beyond: for "They break through and pass the gate" Therefore let it be known to you this day that you are unstoppable. So, whether there be thrones, powers, principalities, agents of darkness that are setting boundaries to stop you, they cannot be able to stop you because the presence of the Lord Jesus is with you in the person of the Holy Spirit.

All that you need to do is to let Him be the head of the journey of your life, allow him to be involved in all you do, and He will carry you on His wings of grace over to the other side of glory. Alleluia!!!

PRAYER
Thank you Lord for your power at work in me, and so this day I shatter every boundaries set up to restrict or stop me from achieving my purpose in life, in Jesus name, Amen.

GO BEYOND BOUNDARY

To 'Go' is to make a movement, while 'beyond' is to stretch more than usual, it's to go further, to go farther than normal, to go over the above limits. Boundaries are limitations, or confines. It is something that indicates or fixes a limit to one's life.

Furthermore, Boundaries are restrictions, it keeps people from moving forward in life and destiny. It holds people back from going over to the next level and from crossing over to the other side of life as ordained by God for them. It is a dividing line which marks the limits of an area. So to go beyond boundary is to make extra effort, to go above a way that exceeds humans expectations or any force expectations.

There are veroius kind of Boundaries, we have Personal boundaries, cultural and traditional boundaries, family boundaries, and boundaries set by the enemies. In Joshua 6:1 the people of Jericho set up wall and gates boundaries. It says, "Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in."

The purpose of walls in a city were to defend it. They also kept the inhabitants confined within the boundaries of the walls. Same way, someone's life or destiny can be confined by the enemies and when such is done, they are not able to move pass a particular level in life.

It's a pity that most people in such situations see it as God's will for them, some only complain about it but do nothing to end it. Listen, until you take action against boundaries you will remain where you are.

Moreover, the ancient Israel was on their way to inheriting the promise land but the walls of Jericho was a boundary to them, it stood as a restriction from crossing to the promised land and God had to pull it down that his people might go through.

Today I need you to know that as a child of God, you have been given the power to go beyond any kind of boundary that has been placed to keep you from moving forward in life, so go ahead and speak to the boundaries, command those demonic forces standing on the way to prevent you from crossing over to get out of your way and cross those boundaries.

PRAYER
Father in the name of your Son Jesus’ I go beyond boundaries set to limit my life, I breakthrough every limitation and I cross over to the next level in life. Amen.

DON'T LET YOUR HEAD LACK OIL

MEMORY VERSE: - Ecclesiastes 9:8 - "Let your clothes be white all the time, and let not oil be lacking on your head"

These things mentioned in our text aren't talking about physical clothes or physical oil but something of spiritual worth.

'Clothes being white' symbolise purity.... While 'Oil on the head' symbolizes the anointing of the Holy Spirit. So, the scripture is telling us to keep ourselves pure at all times and to continuously have inflow of God's anointing on our head.... We must never let it run dry. This can only be achieved in the place of unbroken fellowship with the Holy Spirit who anoints us on daily basis.

The more time you spend in the presence, the more fresh oil (anointing) will be on your head and the more holy you will become. You do not struggle to be holy when you are so filled with God's presence. Living holy life becomes more easy and interesting because his grace carries you through life journey.

The truth is that, you receive power to put the enemies to flight in the place of communion. Stop fighting alone, stop fighting with oilless head. You need the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to fight right and win.

Many have been wounded because they are fighting without the oil on their head. Many have died in the battle field because they lack oil on their head. Many have lived in struggle and defeat due to lack of oil on their head. David said, "Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over" Psalm 23:5. Until his head was anointed he didn't enjoy the overflow.

Understand that Oil makes life easy. It is like a grease on vessels or machines. Without grease it can't function rightly, it will either damage or ceases to function. Grease provides both sealing and reduces friction. Let the Spirit of grace grease you with fresh oil and you will enjoy a struggle free life. Never go a day without oil on your head.

PRAYER
Wonderful Father, I praise you for your wonderous works in my life. I ask that you anoint y head with fresh oil in Jesus name, Amen.

THE POWER OF PRAYER AND PRAISE 2

MEMORY VERSE: - Acts 16:25 - "And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them"

Wherefore, verse 26 of our text made us understand that when Paul and Silas prayed and praised God, He came through for them. "And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken." It didn't take long, their God arose in His power and sent an earthquake to the prison that shook it to its foundation.

You may recall that the jailer having received a strict command, threw them into the innermost prison which is the dungeon or in today's terms, the maximum security cell and clamped down their legs with irons. He did it so that by no means would they be able to escape.

But our Most High God, the Almighty God, the God whose name is Jahovah, the God who chooses to become whatever He wants to become for the sake of His children came in His power into the prison as an earthquake and shook it to its foundation.

Interestingly, the earthquake began to break open the maximum security prison doors, loose bands, broke chains, and set the captives free..... "immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed" What is that thing that can withstand the power of our God? Absolutely nothing. Alleluia!!!

Child of God, What have the enemies done against you to stop you? They may have locked up, chained, or buried something to stop your progress in life but today the Lord will arise as a Mighty warrior for you. He will send forth thunder, earthquakes, to their roots and destroy them.

So, don't just pray but mix your prayers with praise and watch God come through for you. Psalm 107:15-16 says, "Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, And for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he hath broken the gates of brass, And cut the bars of iron in sunder."

PRAYER
Oh, yes Lord God Almighty, we praise you for your goodness and for your wonderful works towards us! For truly you have broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder!!

THE POWER OF PRAYER AND PRAISE

MEMORY VERSE: - Acts 16:25 - "And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them"

Paul and Silas were on their way to prayer, when they encountered a fortune telling girl. The spirit inside the girl knew the truth about God’s power, and she followed them for days saying the same thing over and over. Eventually, Paul sensed that the spirit in her is not right thus, he cast the spirit out of her.

This made her masters angry and they came after Paul and Silas and locked them up in the prison. Now, in the midst of their challenge, Paul and Silas did not murmur against God neither did they complain nor feel bad about their situation. Rather, they turn to God in prayer mixed with praise.

While some believers would have felt bad and abandoned by God for not coming in His power to save them immediately but instead He allowed the matter to escalate to the point of them being taken to prison. I tell you that most naturally minded believers would have been downcast but Paul and Silas were found to have a heart of gratitude.

Wherefore, they arose at midnight when others were sleeping in order to avoid distractions and they began to pray and sang praises to their God who alone is able to deliver them. They acknowledged that He is faithful and true. They recognised that He has power over all people and things and they know that He will certainly prevail for them.

The prayer that is mixed with praise is that of faith in the power of God's Almightiness. It is the prayer of knowledge of the victory we have in Christ already. It is the prayer that commands heaven's attention and confuses the enemy. It is the prayer that flows from within the innermost part of your being.

Child of God, don't allow any situation to deter you, take charge and pray the prayer of Paul and Silas. It may be you have prayed in the past and they seems to be no sense of God's presence and no manifestation yet, put a praise on it.

PRAYER
I will exalt you Lord for your love has lifted me above my circumstances. You are great and greatly to be praised and adore..... let your glory overshadow me today in all wisdom in the name of Jesus, Amen.

GOD OF VENGEANCE

MEMORY VERSE: - Numbers 35:19 - "The avenger of blood himself shall put the murderer to death; when he meets him, he shall put him to death."

Our God is a vengeance God, He avenges for His children of their enemies. It's good to want justice, however, you should not try to go physically to get it for yourself. Because when you try to get it for yourself, you will miss it and you will be putting yourself in God's place. For the Scriptures say: “Vengeance is mine, and I will repay,” says the Lord. (Romans 12:19).

Now, Romans 12:19 told us, “Never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay,' says the Lord” (ESV). Truly, our God will bring the evil of the wicked upon them when you let him and cry out to him to avenge you of your adversaries.

The truth is that until the God of vengeance shows up the enemy will not leave one alone. They will continue to resist you from excelling and rising in life. When vengeance takes place then you begin to experience the blessings of God, peace and rest in your life. Supernatural breakthrough comes after vengeance.

Moreover, in 2 Thessalonians 1:6, Paul admonished the Thessalonian believers who had suffered so much persecution at the hands of Jewish unbelievers and pagans, that "it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you…”

Certainly, it is righteous for our God to bring vengeance upon the wicked, to reward them according to their wickedness against you. For some of us who believe that it is wrong for God to bring vengeance upon the wicked, we need a rethink.

In Exodus 12, God arose in vengeance upon the enemy of His people and captivity of 430 years was finally broken by vengeance of their God. Although Moses did everything in the land of Egypt yet Pharoah did not let them go until God slew all their first born. Beloved, let the God of vengance arise for you today so that you can enter into rest.

PRAYER
Thank you Lord for your vengeance and judgement upon the wicked. This day I ask that you arise in your vengance upon the enemies of my life and cut them off in the name of Jesus, Amen.

THE GLORIFIED LIFE

MEMORY VERSE: - John 20:19-20 - "The disciples were afraid of the Jewish leaders, and on the evening of that same Sunday they locked themselves in a room. Suddenly, Jesus appeared in the middle of the group. He greeted them [20] and showed them his hands and his side. When the disciples saw the Lord, they became very happy. (CEV)."

When Jesus rose from death He was no longer functioning in the same way He was before His death.... He was no longer the one whom they wanted to beat, who they wanted to kill, who they wanted to stone to death, the one they reproach, and spat on, but the Christ of Glory and honor

Due to the dimension of Jesus glorified body, He was no longer operating in the same way He operated before His death because He has been glorified, He has been instated in the glory he was looking forward to when he endured the pains of the cross. This risen Christ was a different person, risen in glory and power. His dimension has changed, He could appear and disappear, He was now able to operate as a spirit being even though He had a body.

Beloved, it doesn't matter what you have been through or are going through today, you will come out of it and be brought into glory and honour. You will come into the overcomers' life, the triumphant life, the life of success, abundance and celebration. The scripture in Jeremiah 30:19 says, "And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I WILL ALSO GLORIFY THEM, and they shall not be small". (ASV)

Therefore, after you have gone through the fire of challenges, you come into a new level of Glory thus, you cannot function in the same way you used to be in the days of trials, difficulties, and challenges. You are brought into the GLORIFIED LIFE, it is the realm of the higher life.

It is the sphere where you operate in a new dimension of glory and power. It is the place where everything about you is transformed and you begin to see a new you. It is the dimension of the heavenly where everything that seems difficult to operate before becomes easy for you.

PRAYER
Thank you Lord for the glorified life in Christ Jesus, today I live beyond ordinary, I begin to operate in the dimension of the heavenly in the name of Jesus, Amen.

THROWING OFF THE OUTER GARMENT

MEMORY VERSE: - Mark 10:49-50 - "And Jesus stopped and said, Call him. And they called the blind man, telling him, Take courage! Get up! He is calling you. [50] And throwing off his outer garment, he leaped up and came to Jesus." (AMPC)

There are things in one's life that are not necessarily needed for the next level God is taking him or her to. Things that will become a huge distraction, things that can slow down your speed in life, things that can hinder you from reaching your goal. Those things must be cast away.

Blind Bartimaeus for many years of his blindness was wearing a particular garment that has become a part of his blindness story and an identity for him. But when he heard about Jesus passing by, he cried out for help.

He was tired of being blind and was desperate for a new life of having his sights back. And whatever that will slow him down or would be a hindrance to his going to receive his miracle must be cast off.

Therefore, when Jesus paid attention to his call and asked him to come, he immediately cast away, or threw off his outer garment. Desperate things required desperate measures. He was not going to allow that old garment to stand in his way, he wasn't going to be slowed down nor be obstructed by that outer garment and so, he cast it away from him.

Child of God, for you to move forward in life you must throw out your outer garment of bad attitude, cast away your outer garment of malicious behaviour, unruly character, anger, bad habits and anything that is not going to be needed anymore in the level God is bringing you into. You must throw off all those things that will not allow you to move faster and that which will be an obstacle to you in your journey of destiny.

Listen, No one counseled blind Bartimaeus to cast off that outer garment but he was sensitive enough to know that it was not needed anymore in his life because it was time for New Beginning. You also need to be smart and sensitive to recognise those things that are not of value to your next level and throw them out.


PRAYER
Thank you Lord for your Word, and today, I throw off every outer garment of old nature that will limit me from reaching the dimension that I have been ordained for in the name of Jesus, Amen.

LIVING IN THE FULLNESS OF GOD'S BLESSINGS

MEMORY VERSE: - Romans 15:29 - "I am sure that when I come to you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ"

Living in the fullness of God's blessings is living a life without limitation. It is to be living in a life filled with the blessings of God that brings you the fullness of joy. Jesus in the book of John 16:24 told us "Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full."

Every time you experience a new dimension of God's blessings, it gives you a new lease of joy, an increase of faith in God, a new enthusiasm for kingdom work and a new dimension of relationship with God.

So, Paul wrote to these believers in Rome telling them he has no doubt that when he meets with them, it will be in the full measure of Christ's blessing. Not partial, not average nor part of God's blessings but in all its fullness and richness. This is the perfect will of God for all His children, nothing less than the fullness of His blessings.

Fullness means (1) Completeness or totality, (2) the state of being filled to capacity. (3) The state of having all that you desire. You can walk in the blessing of God that no one else has ever walked in your family or generation.

Assuredly, God wants us to have the fullness of his blessings. Genesis 1:26-28 Shows that we were created to live a blessed life. And Because God wanted man to live a blessed life, he empowered them to succeed.

Galatians 3:13-14 tells us that Christ redeemed us from curse so that we might be able to receive the blessing that God has for us and not just to have the blessing but to live in the fullness of the blessing.

From the very beginning God's intention was for man to live blessed. The truth is that you and I were created to live blessed, all we need is to brace ourselves up to live the blessed life.

PRAYER
Thank you Father Lord for giving me and for bringing into the fullness of your blessings. I receive all the joy, peace and favour that is the fullness today, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
