ARE YOU CALLED TO PASTOR?
Pastoral ministry is not a title it is a responsibility over Godβs people.
The Bible speaks clearly about pastors (shepherds, elders, overseers), and your calling must align with these scriptures π
1 Peter 5:2 βFeed the flock of Godβ¦β
1. A true pastor has a burden to shepherd people, not control them.
Acts 20:28 ββ¦the Holy Ghost hath made you overseersβ¦β
2. Pastoral calling is given by God, not self-declared.
1 Timothy 3:2 βA bishop then must be blamelessβ¦β
3. Your character must match the calling.
Titus 1:9 ββ¦holding fast the faithful wordβ¦β
4. A pastor must stand on sound doctrine and teach truth. 1 Peter 5:2β3
ββ¦not for filthy lucre neither as being lordsβ¦β
5. A true pastor serves willingly, not for gain or control.

Not everyone who desires the pulpit is called to shepherd the flock.

β Do you shepherd people or seek position?
β Do you meet biblical qualifications?
β Do you handle the Word faithfully?
β Is your motive pure?

If God has called you, it will be evident in your life, doctrine, and responsibility toward His people.
Let the Holy Spirit not feelings confirm your calling.
