ARE YOU CALLED TO PASTOR?
Pastoral ministry is not a title it is a responsibility over Godโ€™s people.
The Bible speaks clearly about pastors (shepherds, elders, overseers), and your calling must align with these scriptures ๐Ÿ‘‡
1 Peter 5:2 โ€œFeed the flock of Godโ€ฆโ€

1. A true pastor has a burden to shepherd people, not control them.
Acts 20:28 โ€œโ€ฆthe Holy Ghost hath made you overseersโ€ฆโ€

2. Pastoral calling is given by God, not self-declared.
1 Timothy 3:2 โ€œA bishop then must be blamelessโ€ฆโ€

3. Your character must match the calling.

Titus 1:9 โ€œโ€ฆholding fast the faithful wordโ€ฆโ€

4. A pastor must stand on sound doctrine and teach truth. 1 Peter 5:2โ€“3
โ€œโ€ฆnot for filthy lucre neither as being lordsโ€ฆโ€

5. A true pastor serves willingly, not for gain or control.

Not everyone who desires the pulpit is called to shepherd the flock.

โœ” Do you shepherd people or seek position?
โœ” Do you meet biblical qualifications?
โœ” Do you handle the Word faithfully?
โœ” Is your motive pure?

If God has called you, it will be evident in your life, doctrine, and responsibility toward His people.
Let the Holy Spirit not feelings confirm your calling.
