GMMI LOVE AND CARE CENTRE SPEARHEADS HISTORIC INMATE GRADUATION AT MANSA CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
MANSA, ZAMBIA – JULY 30, 2026 – GMMI Love and Care Centre, in collaboration with the Mansa Correctional Facility, has successfully hosted a landmark degree graduation ceremony for inmates at the Mansa Central Correctional Centre under the Charis Theological Bible School.
This graduation underscores GMMI Love and Care Centre’s unwavering commitment to holistic rehabilitation, spiritual renewal, and human dignity. The initiative brings tertiary theological education into the correctional facility to equip inmates with leadership skills, moral grounding, and the intellectual tools necessary for successful reintegration into society.
The mission of the GMMI Love and Care Centre focuses on total transformation and restoring hope to vulnerable individuals. This collaborative effort proves that a person's past does not define their future, demonstrating the power of education and faith to rebuild lives.
Management at the Mansa Central Correctional Centre acknowledged the positive impact of this proactive partnership. These educational programs significantly boost inmate morale, improve discipline within the facility, and directly contribute to reducing reoffending rates.
The curriculum, certified by Charis Theological Bible School, focused on rigorous theological studies and character development. The colorful event concluded with correctional authorities, community leaders, and proud family members witnessing the life-changing impact of community-led rehabilitation.
