Be a Christian by Conviction, Not Just by Miracles

Don’t follow Christ only because of miracles — follow Him because you are fully persuaded of who He is.

Miracles are signs that point to Jesus, but they are not the foundation of faith. Many saw His power, yet still turned away. True Christianity is not built on spectacle, but on conviction — a deep, unshakable belief in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

“Now Jesus did many other signs… but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name.”
— John 20:30–31 (ESV)

Conviction is what keeps you standing even when you don’t see a miracle. It’s what carries you through trials, suffering, and silence. It says:

“Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” — Job 13:15

Jesus said:

“An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign…”
— Matthew 12:39

Let your faith be grounded in the truth of the Word, not just in what you can receive.

Choose Jesus because He is Lord, not just because He is a Healer or a Provider.

Have a heart that is willing to learn, for a teachable spirit attracts divine increase.

Always work on yourself in humility, and allow the Spirit of God to lead you, not your past experiences.

A man who refuses to learn limits his future, but one who submits to the Spirit walks in continuous transformation.
