1SAMUEL 1:12 AND IT CAME TO PASS,AS SHE CONTINUED PRAYING BEFORE THE LORD,THAT ELI MARKED HER MOUTH..Here is a woman who had a problem. each time she went to the temple of God ,she would pray to present her problem to God..she prayed such that a priest Eli ,noticed her lips moving..maybe all others who were in the temple were tired.but for her,she said "I will continue to pray till God answers my prayer. " when Eli saw her persistence and her agony in prayer,marked her mouth..meaning Eli saw a different mouth. a mouth which doesn't gossip, a mouth which praises God,a mouth which doesn't insult. In the end she got what she was praying for...Samuel came...can God mark your mouth?

PSALM 42:5 WHY ARE YOU CAST DOWN, O MY SOUL?AND WHY ARE YOU DISQUIETED WITHIN ME?HOPE IN GOD,FOR I SHALL YET PRAISE HIM FOR THE HELP OF HIS COUNTENANCE.Psalm 42 is very interesting because it begins with an expression of a man who desires to seek God."as a deer pants for the water so my soul pants for you", but as he progresses, he begins to show grief. Seems like he had something that made him worried, something that troubled him."people should not ask saying ,where is his God". What is that thing that makes you worried?what is that thing that pulls you down when you want to progress in God?He began to speak to his soul. Why are you cast down o my soul? You ve got to speak to your soul, tell your soul that you are going to rise. Shake off every weight satan has put upon you. Shake off fear,Shake off grief, Shake off worry. You are too loaded to be kept down."according to his mighty power that works within us".you are a champion and champions keep pushing no matter what..glory be to God.

LUKE 15:11-12. AND HE SAID,A CERTAIN MAN HAD TWO SONS.AND THE YOUNGER OF THEM SAID TO HIS FATHER, FATHER, GIVE ME THE PORTION OF GOODS THAT FALLETH TO ME.AND HE DEVIDED UNTO THEM HIS LIVING. There are three players in this story, the father, the younger son and the older son.both of them teaches us something. The father is a representation of grace.the younger son was lost in rebellion while the older son was lost in hate,self righteousness,anger and resentment. The younger son went to a far country, squandered everything..the older son was in the house but full of bitterness which manifested when the younger son returned..but the father treated all of them fairly..that's what grace does..In grace you get what you don't deserve..grace cancels your past..the problem with the two sons was that their hearts were far from their father.grace is not license to sin but empowerment to overcome sin and temptations. all what we are is by His grace.
