As our nation approaches this important election period, we, the Boys’ Brigade of Zambia – 42nd Lusaka Company, call upon all members, families, friends and fellow citizens to remain vigilant, peaceful and responsible.
Elections are a time for citizens to exercise their democratic rights, but they should never become a reason for violence, hatred, intimidation or division. Let us respect one another regardless of political affiliation, remember that we are all Zambians, and choose peace over confrontation.
To all members of the Brigade: please stay safe, avoid political violence and unnecessary confrontations, be mindful of your surroundings, and encourage others to do the same. Do not allow political differences to destroy friendships, families, communities or our beautiful nation.
Let our conduct reflect the values we stand for: discipline, service, respect, unity and love for one another.
