Heavenly Father,
As the dawn breaks and a new day begins,
I come before You with gratitude in my heart.
Thank You for the gift of life, for the breath in my lungs,
and for the chance to walk once more in Your light.

Lord Jesus Christ,
I plead the power of Your Precious Blood over my life today—
over my mind, my body, my soul, and my spirit.
Wash me clean, O Lord, and cover me with Your Blood,
that no evil may come near me, and no harm befall me.

By Your Precious Blood, protect me from all dangers,
both seen and unseen.
Guard my family, my home, my work, and my journey.
Let Your Blood be a shield against temptation,
a balm for every wound,
and a fountain of strength in every weakness.

I unite my thoughts, my actions, and my heart
with Your Most Holy Will.
Sanctify my day, Lord, and let Your love flow through me,
so that I may be a light to those I meet.

Mother Mary, cover me with your mantle,
and guide me to your Son always.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend me in battle.
All you holy angels and saints, pray for me.

In the Precious Blood of Jesus, I trust.
Amen.

Afternoon Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for bringing me safely to this part of the day.
I pause now to rest in Your presence and to renew my strength.
Guide my thoughts, word and actions through the rest of this day.
Where I am weary, give me peace.
Where I am uncertain, grant me clarity.
Help me to remain faithful, kind and focused on what matters most.

I place the rest of my day in Your hands. In Jesus’ name,
