DAY 21
OCCUPY HIGH PLACES BY DECLARATION (SAYING)

Job 22:28 - You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.

Introduction
In the realm of faith, our words hold immense power. As stated in Job 22:28, "You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways." This underscores the principle that our declarations can shape our reality, reflecting God's promises in our lives.

John 11:1-6, 40-44
11 Now a certain man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. 2 It was that Mary who anointed the Lord with fragrant oil and wiped His feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick. 3 Therefore the sisters sent to Him, saying, “Lord, behold, he whom You love is sick.” 4 When Jesus heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.” 5 Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. 6 So, when He heard that he was sick, He stayed two more days in the place where He was. (Skip to 40)

40 Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” 41 Then they took away the stone [d]from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42 And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.” 43 Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” 44 And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Loose him, and let him go.”

1 Kings 17 : 1- 3
17 And Elijah the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the LORD God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, except at my word.”
2 Then the word of the LORD came to him, saying, 3 “Get away from here and turn eastward, and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan.

Mark 11: 12-14, 20-22
12 Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. 13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it. (Skip to V20)
20 Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.” 22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

ANALYSIS OF SCRIPTURE
This declaration serves as a powerful affirmation of faith, aligning with biblical principles that emphasize the importance of speaking life and truth into our circumstances. Each point builds upon the premise that our words have the capacity to invoke change and manifest God's glory. The references to scriptural accounts, such as Jesus raising Lazarus and Elijah declaring the drought, illustrate how faith-filled declarations can lead to miraculous outcomes.

DAY 20
OCCUPY HIGH PLACES BY GODLY ESTABLISHMENT
Introduction
In life, we often find ourselves at crossroads, faced with decisions that shape our future. As Proverbs 19:20-21 reminds us, listening to counsel and receiving instruction is essential for establishment. The plans we devise may be many, but it is the Lord’s counsel that ultimately prevails.

Proverbs 19:20-21
20 Listen to counsel and receive instruction, that you may be wise in your latter days. 21 There are many plans in a man’s heart, Nevertheless the LORD’s counsel—that will stand.

1 kings 2: 12-15
12 Then Solomon sat on the throne of his father David; and his kingdom was firmly established.13 Now Adonijah the son of Haggith came to Bathsheba the mother of Solomon. So she said, “Do you come peaceably?”And he said, “Peaceably.” 14 Moreover he said, “I have something to say to you.”And she said, “Say it.”15 Then he said, “You know that the kingdom was mine, and all Israel had set their expectations on me, that I should reign. However, the kingdom has been turned over, and has become my brother’s; for it was his from the LORD.

Esther 8:13-17
13 A copy of the document was to be issued as a decree in every province and published for all people, so that the Jews would be ready on that day to avenge themselves on their enemies. 14 The couriers who rode on royal horses went out, hastened and pressed on by the king’s command. And the decree was issued in [a]Shushan the [b]citadel. 15 So Mordecai went out from the presence of the king in royal apparel of [c]blue and white, with a great crown of gold and a garment of fine linen and purple; and the city of [d]Shushan rejoiced and was glad. 16 The Jews had light and gladness, joy and honor. 17 And in every province and city, wherever the king’s command and decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a holiday. Then many of the people of the land became Jews, because fear of the Jews fell upon them.

Daniel 6:25-28
25 Then King Darius wrote: To all peoples, nations, and languages that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied to you. 26 I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end. 27 He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the [a]power of the lions. 28 So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

Foundation of Divine Establishment
The essence of our establishment lies in the Word or the Hand of God. It is through His counsel that we find direction and purpose. Consider the story of King Solomon, who ascended to the throne of his father David. Solomon's kingdom was firmly established because it was God's divine plan for him to reign.

Adonijah, who sought to claim the throne, represented opposition to God's will. His expectations were thwarted by the divine establishment of Solomon. This teaches us that no matter the challenges we face—be it adversaries like Adonijah or societal pressures—God’s plan will stand firm.

Joy of Divine Establishment
In the book of Esther, we see another powerful example of God's establishment. Esther 8:13-17 reveals how a decree was issued that transformed despair into joy for the Jewish people. Mordecai, adorned in royal attire, exemplified the triumph of God's plan, bringing light and gladness to the city of Shushan. When we align ourselves with God's commands, we can expect miraculous transformations in our lives.

A Declaration of Faith
Daniel's story, as recounted in Daniel 6:25-28, further illustrates God's sovereignty. King Darius decreed that all should fear the God of Daniel, leading to an acknowledgment of God's everlasting dominion. This serves as a reminder that our faith can influence nations and cultures.

Prayer Declaration
As we reflect on these truths, let us boldly declare:
1. Father, let Your plans, counsel, and promises be established in my life in Jesus' name.
2. Father, silence every scheme of the enemy that hinders my establishment in Jesus' name.
3. Father, let there be signs, wonders, and manifestations of Your power that silence the arguments against my establishment.
4. Father, eject every Adonijah that seeks to claim what belongs to me.

Conclusion: When we embrace God's counsel and trust in His Word, establishment in high places is inevitable. Let us seek His guidance and declare His promises, knowing that He is faithful to fulfill them. May we thrive in the assurance that His establishment in our lives is assured and unstoppable.

DAY 19
OCCUPY HIGH PLACES BY GODLY DIRECTIVE (CHOICES)
Proverbs 14:12 - There is a WAY that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.

Psalm 37:23 - The STEPS of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way.

GENESIS 12: 1-4
12 The LORD had said to ABRAM, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. 2 “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.[a] 3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”[b] 4 So Abram went, as the LORD had told him; and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he set out from Harran.

RUTH 1: 12-18
Turn back, my daughters, go—for I am too old to have a husband. If I should say I have hope, if I should have a husband tonight and should also bear sons, 13 would you wait for them till they were grown? Would you restrain yourselves from having husbands? No, my daughters; for it grieves me very much for your sakes that the hand of the LORD has gone out against me!” 14 Then they lifted up their voices and wept again; and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law, but Ruth clung to her. 15 And she said, “Look, your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods; return after your sister-in-law.” 16 But Ruth said: “Entreat[e] me not to leave you, Or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, And your God, my God. 17 Where you die, I will die, And there will I be buried. The LORD do so to me, and more also, If anything but death parts you and me.”
RUTH 2: 11-13
1 And Boaz answered and said to her, “It has been fully reported to me, all that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband, and how you have left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and have come to a people whom you did not know before. 12 The LORD repay your work, and a full reward be given you by the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge.”
13 Then she said, “Let me find favor in your sight, my lord; for you have comforted me, and have spoken [a]kindly to your maidservant, though I am not like one of your maidservants.”

LUKE 15: 17-22
17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.” ’ 20 “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ 22 “But the father said to his servants, [c]‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet.

The Importance of Godly Directive
Godly directive is a crucial element responsible for the rise of many individuals. Without divine guidance, one may face the destruction of relationships, families, careers, and more. It is vital to seek and understand the will of God in every aspect of our lives.
The prodigal son nearly succumbed to despair due to his lack of spiritual awareness. Ruth’s decision to follow Naomi led her to become an integral figure in biblical history, unlike her sister-in-law Orpah who chose to return to her former life. If Abram had not heeded God's instruction, he would not have been known as Abraham, the father of many nations.

Conclusion and Analysis
The narratives of Abram, Ruth, and the prodigal son illustrate the transformative power of making choices aligned with divine guidance. Each story highlights how listening to God's directives can lead to profound blessings and fulfillment in life.
Divine direction serves as a compass, steering us through the complexities of life, ensuring that our paths are not only fruitful but also aligned with God's greater purpose. By embracing God's will, we open ourselves up to blessings that transcend our understanding and circumstances.
As we reflect on the choices we make daily, let us commit to seeking God's wisdom and direction, ensuring that our lives are a testament to His faithfulness and love. Embracing a godly directive not only protects us from potential pitfalls but also positions us for greatness in His kingdom.

Prayer Declaration
1. Father, order my steps, choices, decisions, and plans today in Jesus' name.
2. Father, help me never miss what you are saying concerning my tomorrow.
3. Father, any path I may have followed that leads to my destruction, help me make a U-turn before it is too late.
4. Father, I commit every choice and decision I have made into Your hands so they align with Your purpose for my life in Jesus' name.
5. Father, help me disconnect from any harmful relationships that may end up destroying my life

DAY 18
OCCUPY AND SUSTAIN HIGH PLACES ACCORDING TO GODS’ PATTERN

EXODUS 25: 40 - And see to it that you make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain.
ROMANS 12:2 - And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

GENESIS 26:1-3, 12-14
And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.2 And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father. (SKIP TO Vs 12)

12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:14 For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.

GENESIS 41: 28-36
28 This is the thing which I have spoken to Pharaoh. God has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do. 29 Indeed seven years of great plenty will come throughout all the land of Egypt; 30 but after them seven years of famine will arise, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine will deplete the land. 31 So the plenty will not be known in the land because of the famine following, for it will be very severe. 32 And the dream was repeated to Pharaoh twice because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass. 33 “Now therefore, let Pharaoh select a discerning and wise man, and set him over the land of Egypt. 34 Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint [c]officers over the land, to collect one-fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven plentiful years. 35 And let them gather all the food of those good years that are coming, and store up grain under the [d]authority of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities. 36 Then that food shall be as a [e]reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which shall be in the land of Egypt, that the land may not [f]perish during the famine.”

Embracing God's Pattern for Sustaining High Places

In Exodus 25:40, the Lord instructs, "And see to it that you make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain." This divine guidance emphasizes the importance of following God’s blueprint in every aspect of our lives. Romans 12:2 further encourages us not to conform to worldly standards but to be transformed by renewing our minds, enabling us to discern God’s perfect will.

God's Patterns in Times of Challenge
The Bible illustrates how adherence to God's patterns sustains us through trials. In Genesis 26:1-3, during a famine, Isaac received specific instructions from God not to go to Egypt but to stay in the land where He would bless him. Isaac’s obedience led to extraordinary results, as stated in verses 12-14: "Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him… and the Philistines envied him."
Similarly, Genesis 41:28-36 recounts how Joseph, through divine revelation, prepared Egypt for seven years of famine by storing grain during seven years of abundance. This strategic foresight, rooted in God’s pattern, ensured survival when challenges struck.
Sustaining Our Lives through Divine Patterns
These examples show that earthly patterns may falter in turbulent times, but God’s patterns are steadfast and life-sustaining. Whether in our marriages, businesses, careers, or children raising, relying on God’s principles is essential for enduring success and fulfillment.

Prayer Declaration
1. Father, I thank You for Your Word that provides the overall blueprint by which I can occupy and sustain high places.
2. Father, teach me the patterns I need for my projects and assignments this year, in Jesus' name.
3. Father, I surrender to Your pattern that prevents "Ichabod," which can bring death to everything in my life (1 Samuel 4:21).
4. Father, I commit my investments, career, marriage, relationships, and family to Your patterns in Jesus' name.

Conclusion: By embracing God’s patterns, we can navigate adversity and thrive in every sphere of our lives, reflecting His glory and purpose.

DAY 17
OCCUPY HIGH PLACES TO EXHIBIT HIS INNOVATION POWER IN US

Introduction: God's ultimate plan is to empower His children through the Holy Spirit, enabling them to excel and represent Him with excellence across all areas of life.
ACTS 1: 7-9, 2 Timothy 1:6-7

DANIEL 1: 17-20
17 As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. 18 Now at the end of the days, when the king had said that they should be brought in, the chief of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar. 19 Then the king [f]interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore they served before the king. 20 And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm.

2 Chronicle 9: 1-6
9 Now when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to Jerusalem to test Solomon with hard questions, having a very great retinue, camels that bore spices, gold in abundance, and precious stones; and when she came to Solomon, she spoke with him about all that was in her heart. 2 So Solomon answered all her questions; there was nothing so difficult for Solomon that he could not explain it to her. 3 And when the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, the house that he had built, 4 the food on his table, the seating of his servants, the service of his waiters and their apparel, his cupbearers and their apparel, and his entryway by which he went up to the house of the LORD, there was no more spirit in her. 5 Then she said to the king: “It was a true report which I heard in my own land about your words and your wisdom. 6 However I did not believe their words until I came and saw with my own eyes; and indeed the half of the greatness of your wisdom was not told me. You exceed the fame of which I heard.

The Role of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:7-9)
• Jesus emphasizes the coming of the Holy Spirit, which empowers believers to be His witnesses.
• This power is not just for spiritual tasks but for excellence in all aspects of life.
Examples of Divine Empowerment
• God bestowed knowledge and skill upon Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah.
• They were found ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers, showcasing God's ability to elevate His followers in a secular environment.
• The Queen of Sheba recognized Solomon's unparalleled wisdom, which was a direct result of God's blessing.
• Solomon's ability to answer hard questions reflects God's provision of wisdom and understanding for leadership and governance.
• We are reminded to stir up the gifts within us, as God has given us a spirit of power, love, and sound mind.
• Encouragement to actively seek and utilize the gifts God has bestowed upon us.

Prayer Declaration for Divine Empowerment.
1. Father, I surrender to your divine help in all areas of my life where I have been struggling.
2. Father, all power of supernatural creativity and innovation belongs to you. I submit to that power so I can be a true witness of your greatness.
3. Father, lift me to occupy high places. I choose to never operate by my own strength but by yours.
4. I disconnect from any activities and programs that have hindered my ability to represent your kingdom accordingly in all facets of my life.
5. As I declare these truths, I trust that you are empowering me to excel and represent you well in every area of my life.
________________________________________
Closing Reflection:
• As children of God, we are called to embrace the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and to strive for excellence in all areas of our lives.
• By doing so, we not only represent God effectively but also fulfill our purpose in the world.

DAY 16
OCCUPY HIGH PLACES BY TENACITY

Genesis 27:26-36
26 Then his father Isaac said to him, “Come near now and kiss me, my son.” 27 And he came near and kissed him; and he smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him and said: “Surely, the smell of my son Is like the smell of a field Which the LORD has blessed. 28 Therefore may God give you Of the dew of heaven, Of the fatness of the earth, And plenty of grain and wine. 29 Let peoples serve you, And nations bow down to you. Be master over your brethren, And let your mother’s sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone who curses you, And blessed be those who bless you!” 30 Now it happened, as soon as Isaac had finished blessing Jacob, and Jacob had scarcely gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting. 31 He also had made [d]savory food, and brought it to his father, and said to his father, “Let my father arise and eat of his son’s game, that your soul may bless me.” 32 And his father Isaac said to him, “Who are you?” So he said, “I am your son, your firstborn, Esau.” 33 Then Isaac trembled exceedingly, and said, “Who? Where is the one who hunted game and brought it to me? I ate all of it before you came, and I have blessed him—and indeed he shall be blessed.” 34 When Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with an exceedingly great and bitter cry, and said to his father, “Bless me—me also, O my father!” 35 But he said, “Your brother came with deceit and has taken away your blessing.” 36 And Esau said, “Is he not rightly named [e]Jacob? For he has supplanted me these two times. He took away my birthright, and now look, he has taken away my blessing!” And he said, “Have you not reserved a blessing for me?”

Genesis 32:24-29
24 Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the [a]breaking of day. 25 Now when He saw that He did not prevail against him, He [b]touched the socket of his hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was out of joint as He wrestled with him. 26 And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!” 27 So He said to him, “What is your name?” He said, “Jacob.” 28 And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but [c]Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.” 29 Then Jacob asked, saying, “Tell me Your name, I pray.” And He said, “Why is it that you ask about My name?” And He blessed him there.

1 Samuel 17: 31-37
31 Now when the words which David spoke were heard, they reported them to Saul; and he sent for him. 32 Then David said to Saul, “Let no man’s heart fail because of him; your servant will go and fight with this Philistine.” 33 And Saul said to David, “You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for you are a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.” 34 But David said to Saul, “Your servant used to keep his father’s sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, 35 I went out after it and struck it, and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard, and struck and killed it. 36 Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God.” 37 Moreover David said, “The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and the LORD be with you!

Luke 22:54-62
54 Having arrested Him, they led Him and brought Him into the high priest’s house. But Peter followed at a distance. 55 Now when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat among them. 56 And a certain servant girl, seeing him as he sat by the fire, looked intently at him and said, “This man was also with Him.” 57 But he denied [a]Him, saying, “Woman, I do not know Him.” 58 And after a little while another saw him and said, “You also are of them.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not!” 59 Then after about an hour had passed, another confidently affirmed, saying, “Surely this fellow also was with Him, for he is a Galilean.” 60 But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are saying!” Immediately, while he was still speaking, [b]the rooster crowed. 61 And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had said to him, “Before the rooster [c]crows, you will deny Me three times.” 62 So Peter went out and wept bitterly.

In order to occupy High places of influence, power, and dominion most times does not require huge stature of the body but tenacity of the heart and mind. David was the Youngest of his brothers but he rose up to eliminate Goliath after terminating a Lion and a bear (three living entities) on different occasions. Jacob determined was the younger one of the two brothers and mostly likely smaller in body stature but he was (three times) to get his blessing until it was pronounced an angelic being and he ruler over his brother. Peter of all the 12 disciples minus Judas was one of the two disciples who followed Jesus after his arrest. His denial of Jesus (three time) does not necessary signify lack of courage but tenacity/courage that had not yet matured that is the more reason he bitterly cry when he remember what Jesus told him. In order to Occupy High Places tenacity must be exhibited.

Biblical Examples of Tenacity
• Jacob, despite being smaller and the younger brother, persistently sought his blessing and wrestled with God, demonstrating determination that led to his transformation into Israel. Today we have a country (Israel) that started as a one man.
• David, the youngest son, did not let his size or age deter him from fighting Goliath. His past victories over the lion and bear built his tenacity, showing that experience and faith can propel one to greatness.
• Peter's denial of Jesus three times reflects a struggle with his courage. However, his eventual repentance signifies growth and the potential for restoration through tenacity.

The Call to Action
• Remind the audience that occupying high places requires a tenacious heart and mind, not physical stature per say.
• Self-examination of personal tenacity in facing life's challenges is key.
Prayer Declarations
1. Tenacious Heart: "Father in the name of Jesus, create in me a tenacious heart/mind that should never easily give up."
2. Courage Against Opposition: "Father, the road of serving you may sometimes not be easy, but Lord grant me courage to face any forces of opposition."
3. Growth through Word: "Father, let your word enter my spirit/life (Psalms 119:130) to mature and grow my tenacity."
4. Grace to Fight: "Father, give me the grace to learn to fight every good fight (2 Timothy 4:7-8) so I can occupy my God-given high place in Jesus' name."

Conclusion: A reminder of the importance of tenacity in the journey of faith is an encouragement to rise above challenges and claim your blessings.
