With zero idea what was coming next, how the journey would end yet we still started it.
Seven years now looking back Uni time.
A lot of lessons along the way, cried some tears, buried some friends, found love, lost love heartbreaks here and there, mate friend ls lost friends in the end it still me here with less than 4 people still reachable from Uni.
No advise to those in Uni but only a few words.
is a rough yet best teacher.
UNI is like secondary but a little bit deep and rough, you need strong willed character not to loose yourself.
The key is never forgetting where you come from, why your their, the goal and mission.
Understanding my place and purpose why I was there helped....I may have ignored and presented for a while but still got back to my self.
Here are some points I picked.
1. You all have your own race to run even if you start together don't expect to end the race together.
2. Be humble! That dumb course mate may hold the keys after your graduation to refer or connect you.
3. Don't be selfish, share assignments, involve yourself in discussions and laugh, make friends.
4. Don't give up. Fact is, everything there will test you and push you to the limits, be resilient.
5. Learn to go back home! When you too enclosed in campus, you will forget that the world is big and you have other things to do after Uni. This will help you to avoid making permanent decisions on temporal problems.
6. Don't compare and contrast. Maintain your lane and for us on your focus
6. Keep your Faith, don't forget who you are. This will help you keep in check and remember to get back to God whenever you drift away.🙏🏿
